JessaKae is a fabulous store. I have never had a bad experience coming here. They always have something that works for the event I’m going to and the staff is always super ice and friendly. Best place to shop for dresses by far.

What a fun experience! If you want to feel pampered and like a queen, this is definitely the place to go! Very attentive representatives, friendly, and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Jessa Kae showroom, while I was visiting Utah. The showroom was immaculately decorated with ambient music. I loved so many of their gorgeous dresses, but was able to narrow it down to two dresses that I know I will enjoy wearing on multiple occasions for many seasons. I would love to stop by again the next time I’m coming through Utah or shop online as I’ve done in the past!

I always LOVE coming to the showroom! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, it’s always so clean and organized, and they’re patient with me, too (I feel like I just wreak havoc anytime I plan a trip here lol). Definitely recommend shopping in the showroom if you’re able to stop by!

The dresses were beautiful and were made with nice durable yet comfortable material. Definitely would recommend!

Costumer service was great and the dress selection is amazing!

How can I give 0 stars? The worst quality dress that cost over $200AUS, plus $40 postage. The zipper did not work, the stitching was atrocious and the back pleats were not sewn properly. When I sent photos and videos I was told product was acceptable... by what standards? Clearly a fault and they asked me to return at MY cost.... NOT OK. Avoid avoid avoid

I purchased two dresses from them, they didn’t fit (despite going according to their measurements on the website). They refused to return or exchange them. I am now down €350 including duties and customs. Definitely the worst brand I’ve ever interacted with.

Love the Daze dress so much I can picture myself going through a field of sunflowers laughing and giggling in it.
The Honey Bee dress is absolutely perfect for my sisters wedding!
