Terrible website. It assumes that it knows everything about you and won’t give you a chance to make changes about yourself. People move, change in marital status, changes in vehicles. Website is terrible.

Good prices but be careful on the final Declaration
They made switching my old policy to a new one seamless but had to fix an unfinished quote. Had a good price quote after I got my declaration from the carrier and realized they missed a driver . After noticing and notifying Jerry. My premium went up so the original quote was not what I expected so not sure if was a simple mistake or a bait and switch tactic.

Dennis, thanks for sharing this, and we’re glad the policy switch itself went smoothly. We’re very sorry a driver was missed on the original quote. Once that driver was added, the carrier had to re-rate the policy, which is why the final premium came back higher.

This was such an easy process! My current insurance rate had gotten too expensive but I dreaded the "searching for new quotes" process. Jerry.ai asked the questions and did all of the work. I got numerous quotes, chose the one I liked and went from there. I'll use Jerry.ai from now on!
