Gabriela, lamentamos mucho lo que pasaste. Pasar de las 5:00 a las 8:30 colgando y volviendo a llamar por una pregunta sencilla no es la atención que nadie debería recibir, y entendemos tu frustración.
Sobre los cobros: las primas y los aumentos los fijan las aseguradoras, no Jerry, pero queremos revisar contigo qué pasó con tu renovación y por qué el monto fue subiendo. Eso merece la atención de una persona real.

Jerry was worth the try.
I was paying over $200 for full coverage on one vehicle, then my boyfriend told me to try Jerry. Now I have the same coverage on the same vehicle plus PLPD on a second vehicle for only $113 a month. They have a very easy to navigate app, notify me when it's time to pay, and we're very easy to work with.

THEY SAID I HAD AN ACCIDENT 12/2024 I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ACCIDENT SO I SENT THEM A COPY OF MY DRIVING RECORD FROM THE DMV THAT SHOWED MY RECORD IS CLEAN. (DMV SAID THEY RECEIVE ALOT OF SIMILIAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT JERRY) SO I SEND IT TO JERRY THEY SAID THAT IT WASNT ACCEPTABLE! WAIT!! DMV RECEIVES EVERYTHING! SO, JERRY THEN SAID LEXIS NEXIS REPORTS IT SO I CONTACT LEXIS THEY SHOW ABSOUTLY NOTHING. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM OF A COMPANY. I HAVE REMOVED MYSELF FROM THIS FRADULANT COMPANY. I WENT TO A VERY WELL KNOW REPTUIABLE INSURANCE CO. MY MONTHLY PAYMENT IS LESS AND GUESS WHAT!! NOTHING AS SUCH SHOWED UP WHEN THEY RAN MY DRIVING INFORMATION! JERRY IS FRADULANT AND LIARS.
