Item was lost in transit
Item was lost in transit. The shop didn't get in touch to let me know; I had to phone them, as they ignored my initial e-mail inquiry. Neither did they keep me informed, when they said they would. In the end I had to use Paypal to get a refund. First and last time I will use this business.

Unfortunately items lost by Royal Mail are a disappointment to us just as much as you and we are frustrated that this parcel has been lost. When an item is collected by Royal Mail we assume it makes its way to you unless we hear otherwise, which is when you let us know.
We have to raise this with Royal Mail ( which we’ve chased on multiple occasions since we last spoke ) but have yet to get a reply from them. Unfortunately we did not have additional stock of the item to send you a replacement. Until Royal Mail confirm it has been lost there’s still a chance it makes it way to you, which we hope still happens.
Of course, we accept that we could have informed you to let you know we’ve chased RM again and apologise for not keeping you in the loop, despite not having much to pass on.
We are sad to see that this hasn’t been a great experience for you and hope that the helmet still turns up.

Fantastic Store for Black Series Collectors!
I recently ordered several Hasbro Black Series figures from JediArchives, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their website is easy to navigate, with clear photos, detailed descriptions, and real stock levels; which is a huge plus for collectors like me.
What really stood out, though, was the care taken in packaging and delivery. My order arrived quickly and was incredibly well packed, the figures were protected so the boxes and cards were in perfect, mint condition. It’s clear they understand how important packaging is to collectors.
Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend JediArchives to any Star Wars fan or serious Black Series collector!
