👍really good gym with plenty of machines. No waiting to use apparatus.

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness, Nuffield & SLC in East Kilbride and JD Gym is by far the best. Never have to wait for benches, weights etc. So we'll stocked. Spotlessly clean environment. Plenty of staff available for advice. No contact terms. Highly recommended

Pressed for five stars

Still poor- the static horizontal bike seats are not secure and constantly move against your back with every revolution. The cross trainer handles are far too narrow as they are constantly hitting my arms when I tried the narrow grip. Again ventilation is poor- think you need to increase it or decrease your capacity as again finding it hard to catch my breath. Still not had a shot on the sledge push.

The gym itself is amazing. The only drawback is that you can’t bring guests. It’s a major downfall. Gym group etc let you take 4 a month for free. Which I like.

Nice big gym in East Kilbride. Very clean and lots of equipment.

No very helpful to take a membership for only 5 months, I must opened a UK bank account to suscribe even if I have been debited for the first month with my bank card. Also the music is way too high and people don't know how to read because i've never seen a weight at its right place in this gym

Excellent gym , clean , well maintained, plenty of machines and a good atmosphere and plenty of cleaning stations .

Joined back to gym after the transition from exercise4less and right away was greeted by Davy the manager as 2 friends that hadn’t seen each other for a long time ,the gym was outstanding the cleanliness was extremely the best,gym users all respecting the rules of putting weights back ,wiping down equipment used and all enjoying ,the very positive vibe and lighting of facility everything about it was just the best .
Davy manages the gym exceptionally walking about ,greeting/talking in his positive vibe in process of ensure everything is on track for the smooth safe running of the facility.

Excellent gym and set up! Excellent equipment and lots of it. I left David Lloyd to come to this gym and I am not disappointed at all. It has a great atmosphere and I have never once felt self conscious. The staff are so friendly and they are always happy to help. It is super clean and I love the fact your not tied into a contract!

Clean, aesthetically pleasing, perfect lighting.
Lots of equipment and a good range of different machines/weights.
