The weights are always all over the gym, there isn’t enough of the equipment people use the most and the smells from the drains is often noticeable

Overall a great gym
Overall a great gym.
The main gym I use is a few years old, the equipment seems like it’s 10 + years old in comparison to other JD gyms.
Castleford 100% needs newer equipment when it is charged as same price as the other Jd gyms that are much better.
It also has no tvs, therefore when on the treadmill you are awkwardly trying to find places to look while people are doing weights!
Overall the Jd Gyms are good but do feel castleford needs improving.

Even the people who go there are really nice. (The other day a nearly lost my house key and this lovely lady found them for me).
I highly recommend this place! :)

The gym is okay but looks like it needs…
The gym is okay but looks like it needs some money spent on it, the showers and equipment will have been fine when new but they’re all dated and aged now. It’s definitely in need of a quick revamp.

Cleaning products
Not been to a gym for several years maybe it’s not a thing anymore but my only issue is no cleaning equipment provided so not able to wipe down the machines after use. Im sure I’ll get over it but always saw it as a courtesy to next person

Only just joined JD Gym but so far so…
Only just joined JD Gym but so far so good enjoying getting back into the fitness routine. Great staff really friendly. I would like to see some alcohol wipes to wipe down the equipment once it’s been used. But other than that little thing it’s a great gym. Credit to the staff.
