The whole Jay Shetty Certification School was an amazing journey! The staff is all expertly qualified, compassionate, patient and encouraging.

The personal growth and education are unexpected and life changing!!!

It was such a great program with the right amount of didactic training and hands on mentoring. The supervised sessions were great and well run too. Most importantly, the community of coaches and students were supportive, like minded and inspiring. Grateful for the experience!

The process, support and knowledge provided by the Jay Shetty School is Top Tier, i’m very grateful of the Staff, Mentors and my Cohort students that i shared the journey shaping my skills with the tools learned in the Mission of helping others to become their best selves.

The people I met in this program were wonderful. Viraj was my mentor and coach, and he will be someone I will always remember as I continue to do the work. There is a self-guided push in this work, so you need to be ready to embrace ambiguity and roll up your sleeves, enter the arena without armor - it's a commitment, you need to be motivated, and you need to be smart. Questions are answered quickly, but you need to advocate for yourself. All in all, I'm really glad I did this program and I look forward to building my future in coaching.

Participating in the Jay Shetty Certification School has been one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of my life. What began as a desire for personal growth evolved into a journey of deeper self-awareness, meaningful connection, and professional purpose.

It responded to a calling I did not consciously had manifested

This course transformed my life, my relationships, dreams, beliefs. Life coaching is not what I have understood it to be. It's so much bigger than that.

What stood out to me most was the quality of the people behind the program. The mentors and success team were consistently caring, responsive, and genuinely invested in students’ growth. It felt like a community that continued to encourage and offer guidance long after formal sessions had ended. In that sense, the school became more than a training program; it became a second family where rituals of learning and teaching are happening with dedication and warmth, and I will always be grateful for that.

The Program Mentors Mira Butler, Viraj Oza, and Shahinaz El Hennawi brought their warmth, wisdom, professionalism, and depth to the learning experience and created spaces where students could refine their coaching presence, strengthen their confidence, and learn how to show up more fully for themselves and for others.

I want to acknowledge the brilliant admin and Success Team: under the leadership of Vitalija Mardasaite all the team members, Maila Kazel-Cinco, Danica Ramos, Stephanie Mordoh and Marcia with their encouraging comments, care, organisation, and steady guidance made a significant difference throughout the journey. Their presence behind the scenes helped make the program feel held and structured and our coaching training more supported with every day. A special note of appreciation also goes to Kavit Azaria from the executive team, whose very interesting workshops and friendly feedback and encouragement on my community forum writings helped me feel seen and supported as part of the wider learning community. That kind of thoughtful engagement from executive and leadership speaks to the culture of the school: attentive, encouraging, and committed to student development.

The highlight of the coaching training are the monthly Live Q&A with Jay Shetty ♥️ and organized by Viraj Oza, those are the most beautiful moments where students come directly in conversation and are given individual attention and replies by Jay Shetty himself👏♥️👏

The calibre of the students, the mentors, the guides, the materials, and the structure of the program was very high. The school offered not only coaching knowledge, but also a space for reflection, transformation, healing, and deeper self-awareness. It helped me refine both my skills and my character, and it gave me the strength and encouragement to step more fully into who I already was. The certification is anchored in great support through the Business Launchpad and the Social Media Growth modules offered after graduation. The extended free membership for 1 year to the forums, the Unbreakable Bond and the Certified Coaches Circle demonstrates that Jay Shetty Coaching support is given for long term not just for the duration of the training to all graduate coaches.

I was very impressed with the Jay Shetty Life Coaching Certification program. The teachers were top notch! I was in a cohort with Viraj and his wisdom and experience made the whole process so exciting and invigorating. The topics we learned were really interesting and prompted many self audits...which I think was a great thing.
The curriculum was wide ranging and super informative. The pace of learning was comfortable, but I definitely felt like I was back at University!

I was already a qualified coach, but what was so appealing to me with the Jay Shetty Certification School was the heart centred, human centred approach. This training aligned with my passion for wellbeing (mental health in particular) and DEI.

The mentors provided to us were fantastic, and all brought something different and interesting to the table.

The training was comprehensive and I thoroughly enjoyed the live webinars and coaching sessions, along with making new friends who are aligned from all around the globe.

Doing my inner work was so important and the school opened up the safe space that I could trust.

The supervision session, modules, and training videos help me build skills and confidence.

The mentors and coaching instruction inside this program are genuinely valuable I learned a lot, grew personally, and made some incredible connections along the way. Those three things alone earned my stars.
But here’s what nobody tells you before you sign up: the real work begins after the cohort ends and that’s exactly when the support disappears.
The transition from “student high” to building an actual business on your own is brutal. There’s no structured support after you pass your final exams, and that’s the moment when limiting beliefs hit hardest. It’s when you need your mentor the most, and they’re simply not there anymore.
Want to learn the business side how to actually find clients, market yourself, and generate income as a coach? That’ll cost you more money. It’s not included.
The result? So many genuinely gifted coaches coming out of this program are struggling. Not because they lack skill or heart, but because finding clients is the single biggest challenge in coaching and this program doesn’t adequately prepare you for it.
If you’re considering enrolling, go in with your eyes open: you’re investing in personal growth and coaching skills, not a roadmap to a sustainable business.
My hope is that JSCS improves post-cohort support, because the world needs more of these coaches to actually succeed.

And about that certificate. You graduate with an AC-accredited credential which sounds impressive, but the school is not ICF-accredited, the gold standard in professional coaching. In reality, the certificate carries the Jay Shetty name more than it carries weight in the wider coaching world. If clients, corporates, or further education institutions research your credentials, don’t expect it to open every door.

If I had to choose again I would go with A DIFFERENT school. Honestly, the biggest disappointment is Jay Shetty’s name being on this. I had faith in what he stood for but that reputation doesn’t translate into a credential that travels. If I could do it again, I’d choose a program recognised internationally, one where the certificate actually opens doors rather than just standing behind a personal brand. His influence brought me in, but it’s also what let me down. That means something. hopefully if you’ve already read it as far, that means that you are doing good research.

My experience with the Jay Shetty Certification School has been very positive. The teachers, mentors, and overall energy of the program create a supportive and meaningful learning environment. I especially appreciated how thoughtful the structure of the curriculum is and how much intention has clearly gone into designing the student journey.
The program provides strong coaching foundations and practical tools that help students build confidence as coaches. Throughout the experience, I felt encouraged and guided, and I truly value the quality of the training and the commitment of the team supporting students along the way.
One suggestion that could make the experience even stronger would be to organize the unsupervised coaching materials more clearly in one central place on the platform. The resources are there and very helpful, but bringing them together in a single step-by-step pathway would make navigation easier, especially for students completing a fully online certification program for the first time.
Overall, I found the program inspiring, well structured, and professionally delivered. It is clear that the school genuinely cares about student growth and development, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the experience.

Incredible experience! I started this certification program in October 2023 & graduated from the program in June 2024. The teachers & trainings were excellent; the accountability & support were second to none; the community is engaged, inspiring, & supportive; the transformation you feel in yourself as an individual, as well as in your ability to coach others, is powerful & invigorating. The program as a whole is a big time, energy, & financial investment, no doubt, but it was also, in my opinion, well worth it! I considered several coaching certification programs prior to committing to this one & the JSCS definitely felt like the right fit for me, my ambitions, & what I was looking for in a coaching certification program & beyond. As a past graduate of the program & current certified coach community member, I can share that the school constantly strives to innovate, expand, & improve their online platforms, educational programs, & community offerings to both current students & program graduates, creating an amazing & strongly connected online community of aspiring & working coaches around the world!

This was a great experience people the Mentors and Peer community made it easy to feel part of a bigger community I didn't realize I needed. The entire process was smooth.

I chose Jay Shetty Certification School a while back. When being a Coachee in one of Jay's Coaching programs myself it helped me realize that I was a Coach already - not the school teacher I thought I should be.
I loved the community and the instructors. Even though I am not a fan of online-anything the calls and the training were incredibly productive and helpful.
There are so many Coaches and programs out there and of course one of the others would have been a good fit for me as well. But I am happy that I chose JSCS and would do it again instantly.

What made my experience truly great is the safe space you’ve created, where I felt seen, heard, and free to grow. The environment is so encouraging and engaging, which made it easy to stay committed and open throughout the journey. I also deeply appreciate how you continue to listen to students’ needs and thoughtfully evolve the program to support us in meaningful ways. It truly feels like a community that cares.
