I have been using Jayegroup regularly over the last few weeks with an office move. I can honestly say that Germaine and his team have been super professional and efficient during this time and I would recommend them without hesitation. They have always delivered a great service to other colleagues in my Company too in moving items from site to site and have been flexible to our requirements. They are going to be used regularly by our Company moving forward!

I needed to move some heavy duty granite blocks to my garden for a landscaping project and felt reassured when I spoke to Germaine. Any anxiety I had about the move soon changed to relief as they carried out the task with great strength, care and good humour and would definitely recommend and use again.

Outstanding service with a smile from Jermaine and Jayegroup! A catalogue of errors on my part led to him having to clear my storage unit on his own, using FaceTime to help me tell him what to take and what to leave! I doubt you’d get that level of service anywhere else and would use them again in a heartbeat - a true Superman with a van!!

If you ever need a man in a van be sure to count on jayegroup, nice big van, also has a lift, no struggles involved. Germane is a very hard working and dedicated worker. As a company we have a wide variety of jobs that we use contractors for. his prices are very reasonable and his experience is clear when you see him work. We will continue to use him and his reliable company for the foreseeable future.

Absolutely excellent and trustworthy service, Germaine is a true gentleman, goes the extra mile, I have used his services 3 times now for collecting beds and dining tables purchased and is always happy, despite having to lug heavy items up two flights of stairs for me. Has put furniture together for me and squeezed me in for last minute pick up requests. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Such customer service is rare these days.
