Brilliant company! I asked if they could switch out the lids or the jars I ordered as the standard ones did not suit my needs and they responded quickly to confirm that they were happy to do so. The order arrived in just a few days and was packaged very well so the jars were all unbroken. Good value and good quality too.

Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of…
Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of 24. Emailed their sales team to tell them how badly they were packed with no response. Nothing to do with delivery service - in fact they are to be congratulated as only 3 jars were smashed! Jars are ok but lids are very thin with some already dented and cant be used for sale.
