Great customer service
The ring is beautiful. I ordered at the end of November and expressed that it was a Christmas gift. I was assured that I could exchange if the sizing was wrong, but now the Etsy store is gone and my messages are not being answered.
Update: The company emailed me and exchanged the ring. Again, the ring is beautiful and great quality. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer service provided.

While we reviewed our records, we found that your message on Etsy reached us on 2023/12/26 and we responded on 2023/12/27, the following day. It's possible that our reply may have gone into your spam folder or another tab in your inbox. Also we replied to you in an hour after you sent us a message in chat box at our website. Nevertheless, your new ring with a proper size has already been delivered in or at the mailbox at 3:34 pm on January 5, 2024

This rings is well made and my husband loved it. I bought as a replacement wedding band. I would recommend to anyone thinking about it to just do it. Don’t let the affordable price fool you. My hubby says it’s comfortable on the finger.
