Steven was fantastic from start to finish during this sale. Our Honda stepwagon is a dream, his aftercare package gave us reassurance but we haven't needed to use it. We have e recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone looking for an imported vehicle.

Bought a car from Japan Auto's nearly four weeks ago. Has been a dream to drive with no issues so far.
Prior to purchase I contacted Steven who gave me full information about the car over the phone and followed up with pictures via e-mail, I found that when I viewed it in person it was exactly as described and performed well on test drive.
I am very happy with my purchase, Steven was a joy to deal with, easy to contact and has answered after sale questions.
I recommend and would definitely consider buying from him the next time I need a new car.

Steven was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. He has checked in since purchase just to make sure all is going smoothly. I would certainly buy another vehicle from Japan Autos in the future.

Steven is very knowledgeable and very friendly. No pushy sales. I couldn’t collect my car after purchase and Steven was very flexible and always available. I had a small issue with the car and Steven took care of it without any problem. I can only recommend Steven as he’s friendly and reliable

Steven was extremely helpful and friendly and presented the vehicle in immaculate condition. A very good customer experience

I bought a Japan import car from this company which is managed by a hobbbling Chinese. I am not discrimination in Gosport. I just alert people who buy car from this guy. Two weeks after that, the car had some problems. He told me it was easy to find any garage to fix the car easily. I access most of the garages, they don't know how to fix it. He introduced one garage for me. That garage made the problems more serious. It had broken down for several months. During this period, he provided courtesy car. When someone wanted to buy the courtesy car, he charged another car for me. All the courtesy car had defects which affect the car running. I responded the problem to him but he told me that the buyers of them said nothing on it. I asked him something about my car. I found that he dont know much of car technically. Finally, I got a garage know more about this Japan import car. He played some tricks on the ECU so that the car could work better but after that the car could be be driven without car key. I request him for refund. He told me that it is not his fault. He could only pay around 60% original price to get the car back. He told me he need to earn money. What I can suggest is that if you buy car from this company, u must have preparation for you should fix the car by yourself.

Such a great car buying experience. Steven is a genuine guy and will give us support in the future too, very helpful with a Japanese imported vehicle. Very happy with our Nissan Cube and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Japan Autos.
