The invitation is automatically sent out eight days after your order is placed and due to it being the Christmas period your delivery has taken longer than normally expected. As you are out with our local delivery area we use a courier company to deliver and they charge per weight of item rather than a fixed cost so it is more expensive. Superb products - mild delivery issue (and might be my fault!)
Products are of a great quality and a fair price.
My only issue, and I concede that the info is probably there if I look for it, is that I placed two orders for next day delivery; one on a Friday that arrived Monday and one on a Wednesday (around13:00) that arrived Friday.
I want to stress that I am sure it will tell me somewhere that it’s next “working” day and that for next day I have to order by a certain time. But having paid twice for next day and not getting it either time, it would be ideal if the system, at point of order confirmation, gave me my delivery day so I can plan my work accordingly.
This aside I will 100% be ordering again (and I’m sorry if the info I’m asking for is very apparent and I’m just being a buffoon!)
