My Fiancé and I purchased an engagement ring approximately two years ago, with multiple diamonds. We were delighted with the professionalism of the ladies in the Argyl Arcade branch and their hospitality. Unfortunately, two years later one of the stones came loose on the ring and was lost. On presenting the ring to the team in the Argyle Arcade branch they decided to investigate the reasons for the stone coming out. After four weeks the shop called us and informed that they would replace the stone and make the ring as good as new at their cost. The quality of the ring repair and assistance from the staff was second to none.
