I recently bought a van from Jagland on finance. They were amazing every step of the way especially helping with getting the right finance deal.

They also are great at communication even after buisness hours

I recently purchased a BMW x5 and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the smooth ordering process to the fast delivery, everything was seamless. The wheels look amazing on and the car drives smoothly.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Hollie was super helpful and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way.

Car was as advertised. Bit of confusion on where the car was being stored when we went to view but all minor. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Car bought at good price too 😁

Great car in great condition. Sales staff were great as well ! Shame the p/ex offer wasn't honoured but after travelling nearly 2 hours to get there I wasn't driving back in the same car 🤣

I would give these people no stars if i could, brought a car about 2 months ago, following month i had to spend £200 to change a spring in the car. They sold me a faulty car, contacted them multiple times no one is answering till today no one has responded to my messages but when i was enquiring about the car they would reply within 5 mins of me messaging. The car came with no lock in wheel nut which i have enquired about and all now no response. I messaged them in June and July and no response, called them and no response. To make matters worse the guy I was talking to sent me a fake phone number that doesn’t even work.

Excellent service very helpfull would recommend.

Very happy with the experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, the process was smooth, and I appreciate how everything was handled.

What an utterly HORRIFIC experience.

On collecting the vehicle we were pressured to leave a positive review before even seeing it! They did not ask for any form of ID to collect either.

20 minutes into driving the 70 mile trip home the engine light came on, adblue and tyre pressure! We were asked to take the car to a local garage, which we did, they completed diagnostics and found over 10 issues and refused to do any work, which another 3 garages followed suit. We then waited weeks for vehicle to be collected and a further 10 weeks to hear anything back from Jagland Halifax. The vehicle is still on their property as they want us to now collect, AGAIN.

We now find, they are trying to claim on our warranty for the issues, asking us to contribute. It's absolutely clear they did not complete due-diligence on the car before sale, nor the relevant checks as this would not have passed any form of MOT or safety check.

DO NOT buy from these people, no matter how great the car may look or how much you want it, go somewhere else, PLEASE! Our experience is still ongoing 6 months on.
