Owe me money 100 left not including deposit. Been promising for over 1 years they will refund it then new managers taken over. Always an excuse blocked me from reviewing on google ans fb.

Amazing company 😄 from the moment we booked this team kept in contact, answered any questions. On the day of our wedding the car and wonderful chauffeur arrived, looked after me and made me feel at ease as I was nervous, he made me laugh, asked what music id like to listen to. Once we had got married we were taken to our evening meal and the journey was lovely and as a treat we had some lovely bucks fizz. I will definitely book again if we need a luxury car.

I like to say a massive thank you for our wedding and an extra special thank you to the driver . ( hopefully he didn’t have a headache after with the kuds 😁) but he was brilliant with the kids and a smiling face . We definitely be recommending and using again xx

Same as the poor customers below got told the hummer we booked had broken down down so they sent a shitty old rusty smelly limo I had to go with it as my daughter and friends was sooo excited for there prom seriously people avoid these con artists like the plague shocking service and the lady you speak to on the phone is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. Shocking shocking shocking avoid avoid avoid…….

We hired a baby Bentley for my daughter and 2 friends to attend their prom July 2025. The car arrived on time which was great but noticed there were areas on the car which were rusty (over the wheel arch at the rear of the car) it was also agreed that the car would have white ribbon on the front but it arrived without any. It was also agreed that the girls would have alcohol free bubbly as part of the experience but unfortunately this did not happen either. On arrival to the destination the girls informed me that the air con didnt really work in the car and as it was a hot day, it was quite unbearable. I have highlighted these concerns to the company but was told the ribbon had been ripped off, the bubbly was in the car next to the driver but he failed to tell anyone and the air con wasn't working properly due to the hot weather but the windows can be used instead! I just feel the attention detail really lacked and the customer service was just as poor. Little details such as ribbons, drinks and working air con isn't too much to ask especially when paying the price we did. I would use this company with caution and perhaps see the cars prior to booking. I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I don't like to give negative feedback but feel no effort was made as it was a prom and the customer service response was not very heartfelt. There was not even an offer of a slight refund or proper apology.

We booked car for our kids prom to be let down 3 hours before pick up when they new day before the car had broken down and wen asked for something to just make it up to the kids for letting them down on they big day was just not bothered disgusting and I'd really think about ordering from this company

Awful experience with this company. Would not recommend.
We booked a car for prom in February, for a pick up in June. Everyone was extremely excited and looking forward to it.
Unfortunately, around 3 hours before pick up I received a WhatsApp message saying that the car was no longer available as it had broken down. There was not even the courtesy of a phone call to apologise and explain, which in itself was unacceptable.
Upon further investigation, the car had actually broken down at 8pm the night before. A full 19 hours bed for they let us know. As it was we had 3 hours to try to find an alternative, had we been told immediately we may have succeeded, but the tardiness of Jade Limos ensured that wasn’t a possibility.
When asked if they would provide a car, free of charge, for the children to enjoy for an hour at a later date they declined. Apparently it was beyond their control and basically we had to suck it up.
The attitude and behaviour of this company have been appalling. One star is one star too many!

EDIT - I left them a review TWICE on Facebook and they deleted them. They then subsequently blocked me 🙄
