Pleased as punch!
Prompt delivery and such good value, very comfortable, snug boots and half the price of another UK brand I normally buy from. I therefore bought two pairs of boots and I got a Black Friday deal on them. Pleased as punch!

Repeat order of short hair rugs
Repeat order of short hair rugs. As before they are so soft and warm on my sofas. Excellent quality. Came beautifully wrapped. Unbelievable value especially with Black Friday discount. So much better than a top interior design shop and less than a third of the price. Really great to buy British too and help our farmers.

We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying your short-hair rugs again; knowing they’re adding softness and warmth to your home is exactly what we hope for.
Our team takes great care with every order, so it’s lovely to hear the wrapping and presentation made a difference too. And thank you for recognising the value, we pride ourselves on offering premium British sheepskin without the luxury price tag, while continuing to support British farmers.
We’re so grateful you chose to shop with us again, and we hope your rugs continue to bring that cosy comfort you love for years to come 🤍
Very good comapany
I recently bought 2 pairs of boots with a discount code, tall chstnut and extra short platform boots, both are wonderful. Already have another pair of tall boots, I'm going to weatherproof them and they'll be my outdoor boots now. I also own the sheepskin 2 bar sandals and they have been wonderful and long lasting.

Baby buggy sheepskin footmuff
I bought a sheepskin footmuff for my granddaughter's buggy. We are so delighted with the quality. It is really robustly made and the pile is so luxurious. She is so cozy and warm, even when it is frosty. Delivery was really quick too. I did a lot of research and Jacob and Dalton's pricing was very keen.

It's how you handle it
Having successfully ordered one double-sided cushion in white-cream, I went ahead and ordered a further three, as I needed four in total. When they arrived, one of the three was a very different colour, on the cream-yellow side. I rang Jacobs & Dalton, explained the issue, sent it back as requested and they immediately replaced it in the correct colour. The issue was swiftly and nicely handled by the company, which is so refreshing to experience.

Small blue sheep skin rug
Ordered a small blue sheep skin which was reduced so good value. It arrived quickly the only negative was it was more of an aqua colour so I ended up putting it in a different room than intended. Otherwise great.

Thank you so much for your review 🤍
We’re glad to hear your sheepskin arrived quickly and that you’re happy with the quality and value. Because our rugs are dyed onto natural sheepskin, there can sometimes be slight tonal differences, aqua tones are quite common in this colour range.
We’re delighted it still found the perfect spot in your home!
