The customer service here and at Conquestador is the best by far! They're helpful fast understanding and fair. The payout times are literally minutes after being assessed and it never takes long for them to do so. The longest ive waited was like 7 minutes. Anyways love this casino! There is an in-depth review of JackWin after being active on this site for quite some time:

1) In sportbets there is no cashout available, the option simply doesnt exist. Which is extremely odd because every other sport betting site offers cashouts, JackWin doesnt. Doesnt matter which kind of bet - live, not live, result, over/under, long-term, short-term, no cashout options whatsoever. This interestingly happened after I made a cashout of 518,35€ on a bet where I placed 50€ in February 2023, cashed out in June or July 2023. After this incident cashout was not available for me anymore. If this is specifically something done to my account or to everyone, I do not know. They will deny that and try to explain that cashout is not always available. Which is an insult to my intelligence because I have placed hundreds and thousands of bets since that date and not once was cashout available to any of those.

2) Ridicilous bonus wagering requirements: JackWin is very proud of them giving away bonuses to their customers when you fulfill "system requirements". Those bonuses are almost impossible to wager because they come in with wager requirements of 10x to 20x. On weekends they will offer you a 50% deposit bonus, BUT you will have to wager the amount of your deposit PLUS the bonus amount 20x before you can make any withdrawal. Meaning if you deposit 10€ and recieve 5€ bonus, you will have to wager it up to 300€ before withdrawal is available. Thats an almost impossible task. And additional note: They have a stupid unique thing where the bonus will be cancelled if you dont leave an amount of 0,21€ on your account when you place bets. Why? No idea, but bonus will be cancelled immediately. Also when you make a new deposit after a bonus was activated, also the bonus will be cancelled immediately.

3) When I first registered to JackWin, you could basically withdraw any sum on your account beginning from 10€ or something. Now they changed their withdrawal limit from that amount to 100€ on SEPA withdrawals. If you want to withdraw something below that to your bank account directly, its not possible.

4) Inconsistent betting options: I like to place bets on NBA games. They offer "bet builder" so you could make a parlay with various bets on a single game. I like those kind of bets and like to bet on various players to score X amount of points, assists, rebounds etc. Weirdly their system doesnt allow you to combine point bets with assist bets. You can bet points and rebounds, but not with assists or three pointers. I made a request on that, they claim its a system thing, apparently not working to fix that either. Long term bets on NBA is disabled since like 1-2 weeks, no one knows why. The layout of the site is also inconsistent and confusing. While "Soccer" was always the first section for a long time (meaning you see Soccer bets when you enter the site), it is now "Ice Hockey" as first. For a very long time they had FIFA simulation bets on "Soccer" section although there was a separate "FIFA" section where those games where also included. This can be confusing if you are scrolling through ongoing live games.

5) Last but not least: Customer service. There are agents in live chat, there is a "Player Experience Team" and then there are two persons above them. Ive had endless discussions with every level of their agents / experts about the things I have stated above. Always promises are being made that things will be looked into or be changed, they claim to value you as a customer and make promises which are broken almost immediately and regularly. Often there seems no communication between those guys so you will have to explain problems multiple times.

Everything stated here also goes for Conquestador Casino because it is the same operator.

I signed up as a new customer applyed £40 credit on my account everything was great lost a little won a little when it came down to withdrawal my account got froze they have asked me for( bank statements) phone statements( wage slips) driving licence bank cards that I quote have given them everything they have asked for and still 4 days later have not unfroze my account they emails I have received was very unprofessional all I wanted to no was why its taking so long to the reply was you will be emailed when it is sorted so still no answer why or when my account will be sorted poor poor customer service and all relevant checks should be made before customers can make a deposit not just take the customers money and freeze the account

I want to give 5 stars as I have had good previous experiences. But recently I have been waiting 1 week for a withdrawal. I have asked a few times about it but only receiving generic responses like “as soon as possible”, “we will let you know when it’s processed”. I would rather have a proper update not just standard responses. I will come back and update this review again when there is more news.

My withdrawal has now been processed. So updated to 4 stars. As it was a one off slow withdrawal, I will give benefit of doubt.

The casino is a good site to use. I have won a few hundred and loss a few hundred. Some days I can be on a lucky streak and other days I lose. Im still waiting for a payout from last night. But in all the casino isnt that bad.
I have a macbook Air and noticed that some games dont load up. I have used chrome and safari browsers.

Won £2.5k off £150 deposit. They froze my account and said that I had broken the terms and conditions by using my fiancé bank. I proved to them I put money in the bank and I also sent them a letter off my fiancé saying I have permission to use it. Along with everything else they asked for! After 6 days of going back and forth and making a formal complaint they said they have deleted my 2.5k and will not refund my deposit of £150. Absolute thieves. Stay away!!! If you research this company you will also see they have a history of finding ways out of paying any winnings at all! They are con men! Disgusting company and very poor service!
