My stay at The Heim from 05/03/25 to 10/03/25 was absolutely exceptional—couldn’t have gone any better. Having stayed at The Heim previously last October, the fact that I chose to book another apartment speaks volumes.

This time, I stayed in the Greenharus specifically for my birthday. From the moment I arrived, the team had everything perfectly arranged. I was completely blown away by the amazing space. From the sleek kitchen countertops to the beautifully designed bedrooms, I was in awe of how stunning the apartment was. It’s the little touches that really make a difference—such as the neatly arranged towels and the thoughtful birthday card waiting for me upon arrival.

The location was ideal, offering easy access to and from the town center with no hassle. The instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and straightforward—no fuss whatsoever.

A massive thank you to Theresa and Kevin for making my time in Manchester so special and seamless. I can’t wait to book again in the summer.

The Omnia apartment was everything we hoped for and more! It comfortably slept 12 of us. All the facilities were fantastic. The coded entry system was easy and so much better than having to remember keys. Communication was also great from Theresa and Mike, lots of check ins via email and a call before our arrival made me feel like we had help if at needed it.
All the bathrooms had illuminated mirrors, the furnishings made it feel like a home from home. The coffee machine with pods, the wine fridge, dishwasher, nice cutlery, wine glasses, towels, toiletries etc all just made our stay that little bit more special. The offer to dispose of perishables at the end was a nice touch too.
We paid a damages deposit of £250 which I was a little nervous over as sometimes you’re not sure if you’ll be swindled, but I needn’t have worried. I was emailed within the day of checkout from Theresa with a lovely email and to say the money will be released/returned. So lovely to have that personal interaction about our experience at Omnia. The people of Manchester were amazing!
I would definitely recommend a visit and The Heim Apartments. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay at the HEIM RESIDENCE. Kevin and Theresa were great hosts. I wouldn't complain about anything. The location is within walking distance of the city centre. Stayed for my anniversary at the Mechanica. Very nice and cosy apartment. Would definitely recommend it. Will definitely be back

Lovely apartment and clean and really helpful staff to assist with any queries. Theresa and Kevin are polite and helpful staff would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at there apartments a couple of time and they are amazing, finished to a very high standard! The service provided by Kevin and the team is outstanding catering for our needs and even going above and beyond!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Depot apartment to celebrate my son’s birthday with family. Stunning apartment, lovely and clean. Central to city centre with parking close by. Excellent communication from Theresa and Kevin from start to finish, very informative and helpful. Hope to stay again in the future and would highly recommend

We stayed for 1 night to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday with his family and the apartment was great! It was a great layout, lovely and clean and exactly as it appears on the photos! Lots of parking nearby and in such close proximity to the city centre. We had the best time and would recommend to anyone - thank you to Kevin and Theresa for being so helpful throughout the booking process and our stay! :)

We stayed with heim residence for a number of months. Unfortunately we had a number of issues constantly throughout our stay. Bad communication and unfulfilled promises. Won’t be using them again

The quality of the apartment from Heim was outstanding, along with the service provided. Everything was made simple, clear and easy and I couldn’t be more grateful to the Heim team for taking such good care of me.

I had the sad task of finding somewhere to stay near the centre for a week as my wife was going to Salford Royal for Brain surgery. I didn’t make it easy for these guys as I couldn’t commit exact dates till like the day before. They were first class all the way with regular comms always checking in even throughout the stay. Will be using them again 👍🏽

Clean and comfy, with the stylish interior, you can find your calm in the busy city. Definitely a gem in city! Supporting staffs are really helpful and response quickly. Wish I could stay longer.

My friends and I stayed at the Noir residences for my birthday. The team Theresa and Kevin are very accommodating, along with prompt responses from the moment we booked to the morning i left. everyone enjoyed their stay, the residence was fully equipped with everything we needed and it was clean and tidy.

i would also like to add the constant noise complaints we had even though we were barely making any noise. they kept saying we were in breach of the 80db but the most we would do is be on our phones. we couldn’t play music and it felt like we had to whisper and tiptoe throughout our whole stay because of the complaints which ruined our experience.

I would 100% recommend The Heim! The apartments are perfect for anybody looking for somewhere stylish to stay. I have stayed at a few apartments now, and the decor is always amazing with close attention to detail! I've never had any issues when staying with them as everything is exactly how it's described in the listing. I have never experienced an easier check in experience with any other host - they provide a link to instructions with photos for each step to make everything as simple as possible, which, unfortunately, is not common. The hosts, Theresa and Kevin, personally reached out to me to thank me for my support which was lovely as it shows they appreciate their guests.

The pictures look great, sleek black and sophisticated modern living.

The reality was small, badly fitted out, dirty with aggressive neighbours.

How so you cry,

Badly fitted out, leaky showers that poured water on to tiled floors with nylon backed floor mats to kill yourself on. Tatty and scratched bathroom fittings, empty soap and shampoo, curtains that didn’t work, temperature issues, it’s on or it’s off, the top bedroom is boiling. The beds have mattresses from post 1970’s Soviet era Ibis Budget, cheap and nasty springs, well warm and thin.
If you are unlucky enough to stay here don’t wear white socks as they won’t be white for long the floors are grim, the best bit was the Human Vomit on the balcony, the sanitary state of the rest of the building is very very average.
To add insult to injury we had noise complaints aimed at us - the last saying we would get thrown out should we receive 3 - there are 2 adults and one child we have watched TV, we breached the 80 db limit and needed to calm down. Utter rubbish, laminated notices are also shoved under your door by over keen neighbours.

A really disappointing experience, the weather was stormy so Manchester was a no go, let’s hope the show makes up for the accommodation 🥲

On a positive note the phone person was lovely and apologetic.

Lovely accommodation nicely decorated to a modern standard. Close in proximity to Exchange square in one direction and Piccadilly gardens in the other.
