Great service from end to end - great communications from the lab and full transparency on the process. One of my rolls was blank - error on my behalf - and it was refunded immediately. Love the ethos behind the organisation and was keen to support an independent business - was thrilled with the service, strongly recommended.

Great service, sent my bw film in for developing plus jpegs as it's the first time using the camera wanted check it was working before getting prints. Got an email to say they'd received the film and when they processed bw, just got my images via WeTransfer, really pleased with them ;) Will definately use again, very good price too compared to other companies!

Jacks lab has honestly been the friendliest & most professional lab I’ve used for developing and scanning. Their turnaround is super quick, and the quality of their scans is awesome. Jacks lab have also been really helpful answering the many questions I’ve asked via email and even hand developed a role of old 127 film which I thought was amazing considering how busy they are! I highly recommend Jacks lab for all your dev/scan needs

The team at Jack's are always friendly, helpful & professional. Great service & results every time. They even helped me out when I had realized I had metered at the wrong shutter speed last minute! So saved me getting some disappointing results from that roll :)
