Bought the Minnie Mouse Varsity Jacket for myself for Christmas. Knowing the seasonal rush I ordered on 20th November, the team updated me that it will arrive till 15th December, which I was okay with.
Their customer support was regularly in touch with me, and kept me updated about the package delivery.
As stated the jacket arrived on 16th December and I was astonished when I opened it. It is really a masterpiece, the wool quality, color, embroidery everything is just perfect.

Jacket took forever to arrive and the quality is terrible. I ordered Nov 6th and it arrived today, Dec 16th. I have reached out for a return and refund and have not heard back. This was supposed to be a gift and there is no way I can gift this to someone. So disappointed!

Horrible experience. Ordered a jacket May 28th and was not received until July 10th. Very disappointed as it was not what was in the photo and I have not been unable to return to get a refund from Jacketstown. I have been requesting a return address document as stated in their return policy but have still not received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
