Jacada went above and beyond in helping us plan a wonderfully memorable trip to Brazil. All the lodges and hotels they recommended were top notch, the guides we had throughout the trip were wonderful and we were taken care of throughout the trip with the utmost and professional care. This is our third time traveling with Jacada and we can't be happier to plan future trips with them.

Our recent 19-day family trip to Japan and Thailand was a fantastic experience thanks to Jacada Travel. Traveling as two family groups across six different destinations can be challenging, but Jacada handled every single detail flawlessly.
From customized excursions and fantastic restaurant picks to all of our complex travel logistics, they took away all the stress. Because they managed the transitions so smoothly, we spent less time worrying about how to get from point A to point B and much more time truly enjoying the local culture, meeting wonderful people, and eating amazing food.

Jacada planned our incredible family trip to Peru. Every single detail - from flights to hotels, guides to transport - was planned perfectly. They were so responsive, and adapted everything to suit our situation. The people involved were incredible. Jacada was outstanding in planning my Brazil and Amazon Holiday for me and my family. Every single aspect was so carefully curated and planned to the finer details. superb coordination and very thoughtful travel planning as well.

The trip to Mongolia was exceptionally well executed with both cultural and exploration experiences. Cultural and museum visits in Ulaanbaatar were very well coordinated and explained. The trip west to the Altai mountain region provided beautiful scenery and visits to locals who demonstrated their heritage. The trip to the Gobi again provided stunning scenery and cultural visits with camel rides and visit to a local Naadam festival. Visits to an archeological museum in UB and to the Flaming Cliffs where dinosaur fossils were found was informative. The guide, Baagii, was one of the best we have had in many travels.

Highly recommend! Henri and Meri took the time to understand what we wanted from our trip to the South of France, and then exceeded it at every turn. I came to them with a tight timeframe and zero bandwidth for logistics, and they never once made it feel like a scramble. They made it look easy!
What stayed with us was so much more than the amazing itinerary — it was the freedom it gave us. No second-guessing, no logistics running in the back of our minds. Just full presence in the moments, knowing that we were in the best hands.

Our Kenya safari was truly the trip of a lifetime! From the moment we began planning until the day we returned home, every detail was flawlessly coordinated by Sarah and Bea. Their professionalism, organization, and attention to every little detail made the entire experience completely seamless and stress-free.

Both Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp and Ol Seki Hemingways Mara were exceptional. Each offered its own unique charm, stunning accommodations, incredible hospitality, spectacular views, and outstanding cuisine. Every meal was delicious, and the service at both camps was warm, attentive, and first-class.

Our bush drivers and guides were simply phenomenal. Their knowledge of the wildlife, remarkable tracking skills, and passion for conservation made every game drive exciting and educational. They always seemed to know exactly where to be at the right moment. Thanks to their expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five, along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, countless elephants, and an incredible variety of birds and other wildlife. Every drive brought new surprises and unforgettable memories.

The entire experience exceeded every expectation. Kenya is an amazingly beautiful country, and this journey gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot thank Sarah and Bea enough for creating such a perfectly planned adventure. If you’re dreaming of an African safari, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in the very best hands. From the very beginning, our travel designer, Ellie, created an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our family. Traveling to Africa can feel intimidating, especially with a 6-year-old, but she made every detail seamless. Once we arrived in Kenya, Robynne, our incredible on-the-ground support, ensured everything continued flawlessly. We never had to worry about a thing.

Every accommodation was pure luxury, thoughtfully chosen, and perfectly paced for our family. Each lodge had its own personality and offered a unique way to experience Kenya’s breathtaking landscapes, wildlife, and rich culture.

Our three safari guides were exceptional. We always felt safe, cared for, and genuinely looked after. The open-air safari vehicles made every game drive unforgettable. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, the Samburu Five, and even the Ugly Five—a dream come true!

And the food… absolutely incredible. By the end of the trip I was actually asking for child-sized portions because every meal was so generous and delicious.

Most of all, Africa changed us. It awakened something inside our family that we didn’t even know was there. The beauty, the people, the wildlife, and the pace of life left a lasting mark on our hearts.

In fact, we’re already planning our return—this time to Southern Africa in about a year and a half—and there was never any question that we’d book with Jacada again.
