A truly bucket list trip to Egypt!
We just came back from an amazing trip to Egypt where we felt like VIP clients thanks to Jacada's amazing organization and warm and attentive personnel in place (local hosts and guides). If you have the opportunity, do not miss out on the Historia boat Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor, which was certainly one of the many highlights of our trip. Have a backup plan if you use Rachel Rose
Rachel Rose, from Jacarda Travel, absolutely DID NOT deliver on our trip to Bali! She put together some initial effort but upon first review we agreed, at Rachel’s suggestion, that she reorder our destinations so we would be nearest the international airport at the end of our trip. I sent Rachel a reminder of the changes we agreed upon. She ignored my emails and sent a final version, without any of the agreed upon structural changes. I contacted Rachel two more times and she never responded again, not at all. Luckily, Rachel has been easily replaced by someone who is doing a great job and is insistent on customer satisfaction.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jacada Travel especially David who we used as a travel agent. He planned and booked our African safari and island honeymoon, and from start to finish he exceeded every expectation. David thought of every detail and excursion based exactly on what I wanted, and it was clear how much time, care, and effort he put into creating the perfect trip for us.
He provided multiple hotel and location options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each, and guided us on the best time of year and destinations to make the most of our experience. His knowledge and recommendations were spot-on. Oman and UAE adventure of a lifetime!
Our trip to Oman and UAE was a bucket list adventure of a lifetime! Made extra special by the wonderful planning and attention to SO many details by Rosie Beckford and Rita Pinto. Oman is such a beautiful country. Full of warm, kind, beautiful people and so many wonderful adventures (wadi swims, snorkeling, Via Ferrata, canyon edge hikes, paragliding, ultralights, hot air balloon over the sand dunes) and breathtaking nature and landscapes. Rosie and Rita saw to us having an amazing Formula One experience in Abu Dhabi also! Our room was truly spectacular and a great place to watch the race overlooking the Yaz Marina! AND they organized my sky dive over the Palm Jumerah, and sunset from a top the Burj Khalifa. Can’t recommend Jacada enough. This was our fourth trip planned by Jacada, they’re so amazing and thoughtful and attentive to your every wish and desire. They’ll go above and beyond. Thank you Rosie and Rita for everything you did to make our Oman/UAE trip so special :)

An Incredible Adventure
Jacada "checked all the boxes" in terms of putting together an incredible adventure. We are seasoned travelers and pretty comfortable going on our own but partnering with Jacada enabled us to experience the wide variety of culture, activities and stays that Thailand has to offer. Rachel, Cathy and their local teams in Bangkok, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai helped us really get out and see the country, meet locals, try new things (hiking up a waterfall! biking through rice fields!) and eat amazing food.
The different hotels Jacada arranged were special, each unique in its own way; the tour guides/drivers they work with were helpful and fun; the activities were both well-planned and well-orchestrated.
Overall, "and incredible adventure". We are happy to recommend Jacada and plan to connect with them for our next adventure.

Honeymoon in Japan
My husband and I used Jacada's service for our 2 week honeymoon around Japan. I usually don't write reviews, but I could not help but to sing the praises of this company to a wider audience. Jacada was beyond helpful, attentive, and organized. From when we landed in Tokyo until we were dropped at the same airport 2 weeks after, we were treated like royalty and never felt the stress normally paired with travel to another continent with a language you don't speak. Perhaps the biggest credit I can give Jacada is that they made sure I, in Japan with a seafood allergy, never went without a meal. We will certainly be using Jacada again for other trips of a lifetime.

Jacada created a dream family vacation
Jacada created a dream vacation for our family. Every hotel was wonderful and perfectly situated in the city. The tour guides were friendly, flexible and knowledgeable and the drivers were always on time and very professional with nice, spacious cars.
