How can every review be perfect? Scam site
I had an NHS appointment with a ENT doctor who made multiple basic errors. That department is overworked but that’s no excuse for not bothering to check notes or scans.
Anyway I look for reviews for said doctor and every single one is 5 stars whereas it would be generous to give him two.
How is it possible to have nothing but hundreds of perfect reviews. For one thing we all make mistakes, furthermore there’s always the occasional disgruntled patient with unrealistic expectations or with a tendency to be critical.
If there’s zero criticism it’s not even a review site is it?
A Corrupt/Scam Review system + do not allow yourself to be referred to MSK ICATS
This is an update to my Nov'24 review of 'iwantgreatcare' & the lack of care I received from Sarah Buckland at Oxted Therapies (ICATS), who seemed more concerned about her own well-being. 1stly, I have now, thanks to my GP, seen a foot Consultant, who has refuted Ms Buckland's analysis that the constant tingly/numbness in my foot was NOT a back referral issue & that she was not referring me to any Consultant. He has bypassed ICATS & asked my GP to refer me directly to a back Consultant, where a scan can be done to properly see the way forward with a back that has been a problem for 25 years & has only once been looked properly once & that was 14 years ago. Things have worsened greatly due to a serious leg problem I now permanently have, which has reduced my physical movements & undoubtedly aggravated the back.
I recently updated my review on the 'IWANTGREATCARE' website with a ONE* RATING (they deserve a Minus score). They 'ACCIDENTALLY' placed my review showing 5stars!! IT SEEMS THIS WAS A DELIBERATE ACT BY THEM, AS IT MEANS THAT ALTHOUGH IT'S NOW BEEN CORRECTED TO 1* (AT MY REQUEST), THE FAKE 5* COUNTS AS A 5 ON THEIR OVERALL RATINGS. WHAT A SCAMMER THEY ARE, Yet somebody called Claire responds to emails I've sent to 'iwantgreatcare' in what appears a normal, polite manner. A SCAM indeed.
I have had poor service with a private Doctor
I have had poor service with a private Doctor based in Harley St. So I went online to check his feedback on "I Want Great Care". He has 137 reviews, there are stars left for - Recommend, Listening, and Trust. Amazingly, this man has 5 stars in everything, all fantastic glowing recommendations and not one single 4 star, which is still very good. And all the feedback is anonymous, all 137! I can't believe that a Doctor recommended by my health provider would have anything to do with this obviously fake site!
Kind and professional
My treatment was given by Dr Bill Warrilow and his wife, who were a very professional team.
Every stage was clearly explained to me and I was
helped to relax.
Malware warning for link to give feedback and slow response to this issue
Got a text on Sunday that asked for feedback on "Today's" appointment. But my most recent appointment was on the preceding Friday.
I followed the link only to be warned off by my anti-malware software. The security certificate being used was for another website.
I reported this via a web submission and asked "please advise". As yet, no response.
How can a company that specialises in feedback get suchlow reviews here?!?
This webiste is open to fraudulent…
This webiste is open to fraudulent reviews both good and bad. Whoever posts a review, an email and phone number but VERIFICATION should take place. It doesnt. Thus, worked with a racist staff member or someone who just doesnt like you? They can pretend to be a patient and randomly go out of their way to put negative feedback about you.
Refuse to publish genuine negative reviews
Biased and waste of time website. Positive reviews are published instantly but negative reviews are ignored and never appear. Instead of helping patients be informed this website actually helps to hide bad practice by UK medical professionals and perpetuates a cover-up culture in the NHS.
Just collecting positive reviews to be used for promotion
I left a positive review for a hospital procedure, presuming that this was linked to the hospital. I then tried to track down a doctor performing a procedure at a different hospital about whom I have complained. The searches are rubbish and I can't even get to the clinic in which I had the procedure. I presume other people's assessment is correct. This is a site on which hospitals and doctors can collect positive reviews that they will use to show how good they are. That's it.

Sickening waste of taxpayers money
Sickening waste of taxpayers money. More obsessed with asking how I identify than providing a care plan. The NHS take away my district nurse to save money at the expense of my health. Somehow, they have found money for this nonsense.
This company is fundamentally a direct…
This company is fundamentally a direct enabler of bad, dishonest and corrupt Doctors:-
It directly allows bad and dishonest Doctors to go undetected and to continue their negative traits, with these Doctors continuing to negatively effect subsequent patients with the protection that only good reviews will be published.
When the next Harold Shipman or Rodney Ledwood is eventually exposed, hopefully the director/s of this company will be hunted down and held personally accountable for their part in allowing bad, dishonest and corrupt Doctors to continue to practice unchecked, by having a flawed process that removes all genuine and honest, negative feedback on Doctors.
Unfortunately it will require another Harold Shipman / Rodney Ledward, for these companies to be exposed for what they are, enablers of bad, dishonest and corrupt Doctors.
I suggest you keep a record of your reviews, that will not be published on this site, to be used, to explain and expose how these Doctors managed to go undetected and hidden for so long.
God bless all good Doctors🙂
Hip replacement I suffered for 11 years until Mr Parag Jaeswar operated on me and did a wonderful job and I'm absolutely pain free now and I like to thank him again for doing such a good job
Tank you Mr Parag Jaeswar for doing such a perfect job
Brilliant Opthalmology team , DSU Edgware
I attended the DSU at Edgware for cataract operation on 08/04/24
I had a very positive experience at all the appointments, both at outpatients’ and DSU I was well informed for pre and post op expectation and the staff’s professionalism is exemplary
My operation was carried out by Ms Radhika Rampat I was looked after very well and felt safe under her care despite the complexity of the defect I had. Her calm demeanour, skill and expertise resulted in a positive outcome and an excellent recovery for me.
I commend the whole opthalmology team for their professionalism and excellent care
Kind regards
Mee Yee

Publishes false snd malicious reviews
Publishes false and malicious reviews against doctors without proper verifications. When raised my concern about false review got completely ignored by the company. In the process of taking legal action.
Appears to now only publish positive reviews
I recently had a bad experience with a private health care company. On iwantgreatcare.org they have over one thousand 5 star reviews and no bad reviews at all. I was mystified until I checked Google reviews - multiple 1 star reviews. I then looked at their CQC report from last year - found to be unsafe, not well led and overall "Requiring Improvement". Two years ago I saw an NHS consultant with high hopes after reading his 50 plus 5 star reviews - again no negative ones. He actually made a "joke" about my condition and I was so appalled I asked to see someone else and ended up under an excellent consultant - who interestingly doesn't bother with iwantgreatcare and isn't on it. Those with inquiring minds don't have to dig too deeply to realise this website is completely misleading. I do feel concern though for the many people who may use it and feel falsely isolated by their bad experience as I did two years ago. It's only now, reading all the 1 star reviews on here, that I realise this website is simply not valid. Even worse, most of the (minority) 5 star reviews on here are written in error and are about specific health providers not iwantgreatcare.org. I really do thank Trustpilot for publishing 1 star reviews about this website and hope others may find some solace from reading them too. I do appreciate that an honest, balanced health provider review site would be hard to achieve but this skewed approach is not the answer. The doctor who set it up currently works for the NHS so I expect he did so with the best of intentions, hoping to inform patients not mislead them.
Superficial Parotidectomy
I had a superficial parotidectomy operation in November 2023 and cannot praise Dr Furrat Amen and the rest of his team highly enough. From the initial consultation when all of the options were clearly explained through to the operation and aftercare everyone was kind and patient. Dr Amen is a highly skilled professional who made time to explain and listen to me throughout.
What went wrong this time
What went wrong this time? try a website who refuses to publish a woke and very rude doctor. an asian doctor at the qeuh in glasgow insisted we hated her she was rude and done everything for a reaction before she even gave my husband his result..
