Nice products still waiting for my second order to arrive

Phone charger was delivered securely and completely.

It took forever to receive the shipment and then I was sent cheap sandal instead of the portable chargers for my iPhone. The customer service was terrible

This stuff is AMAZING. Our poor 🐈 cats couldn't eat slow because of ants. Sprayed the porch. NO MORE ANTS. So glad I bought 3 extra bottles.

iwalk portable charger - absolute waste of money! Either I have bought/received a faulty charger or this product is a total and utter waste of time and money. Even when fully charged it absolutely does not work /charge any device. Steer well clear and look else where!

Product recall and ask for serial number.
However, it can’t be find at all.
That’s strange they don’t put it on product while they recall them.

There was an issue with a battery that I ordered. The shipping address was put in incorrectly. I emailed them, and spoke to "Eric". Eric was EXTREMELY helpful, one of those customer service associates anyone would want to hire. He straightened out my situation, and re-routed my package so that I would get it in time for the holiday. I don't know yet about the quality of the product, but dealing with someone like Eric who was friendly, efficient, and helpful, makes me want to use this company over and over!!

Sent me a dual connector and only USB C charing cable. I bought this style because I only have lightning connectors so I can't charge it without buying an adaptive cable. Ridiculous. Bought for a trip and when I called I was told she would put a rush on the response. Now it took longer and came back in Chinese. Really?

The sender didn’t complete the address and my package had to be return and I’m waiting for it to be send back.

Arrived quickly. I had ordered 2 but only one was available and they credited my account immediately. Item works as expected.

Received wrong merchandise. Asked for prepaid label to return the items. Never contacted again. Charged my account and never got the items I ordered! Terrible custservice! Took my money and never got what I ordered!

A very honest company if the customer is an honest person. Someone stole my delivery, and I sent the company my “delivered” notification for the item ID no. They questioned the delivery again, and I said I have security cameras that show nothing was delivered. They were courteous and polite, and they sent me a replacement product of what I ordered. Thanks so much again!
