Worst place I have ever ordered from never received order, will not refund money for three brides maid dresses. States sending my details to refund team and never get email, making me do through whole process again again no one will give me money back! Scam

One star is far too much!! Horrendous company!! They lie and imply they’re a Norwegian company but they trade from China. This company bullied me after haggling with a “simple refund “. They’re scam artists! . They bullied me into accepting a 50% refund and offered a 100% discount on a future purchase which I’d never go near as I’d never buy from them again. They’re scam artists are liars and cheats. They owed me the other 50% PLUS compensation for the extreme stress they caused me. They claim refunds are simple. They are not. They say the items were linen when they are stinking(literally!) cheap material. They need stopping from trading like this. I contacted PAYPAL and sent them al the emails they’d send me haggling about how much they’d give me. I also sent PayPal their website contact details and today, I won!!! PayPal got me the other 50% of my refund back!!! DO NOT USE THIS IVY SHAPE COMPANY and read the Trustpilot reviews. No doubt they’ll change their name and continue to rip people off . Thank you PayPal x

THE ITEM WAS A HORRIBLE FABRIC ,I SENT IT BACK AT MY COST OF £25 SHIPPING AND 8 WEEKS LATER IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO ME LABELED UNABLE TO DELIVER TO DESTINATION .IVY SHAPE GAVE ME A CREDIT,I CHOSE A DRESS AND SLIPPERS ,THE DRESS IS NOT FIT TO BE A RAG AND THE SLIPPERS ARE NOT WIDE OR LONG ENOUGH TO FIT MY SIZE 6,MORE LIKE A NARROW 4. PLEASE BE ADVISED NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Impossible or v expensive to return. Just don't buy.

If I could put zero star I would. Item wasn't as described, poorly made, way to short in the leg, all other measurements also off and when I complained and asked for a refund I was offered a voucher to buy more rubbish from their site! They are also misleading everyone with a Netherlands address but actually all items are sent from China and are not european sizes. Even though the item was faulty, not as described, the only option they gave was voucher for more sub standard clothing or pay to return the item to china, for more money than the refund was worth! I tried pushing back and got no further so then took my refund to paypal with evidence and thankfully they refunded me, I should have looked for reviews first and the items aren't even particually cheap!

Absolutely awful!! The item came & was nothing like the picture just a piece of rag very poorly made. I did check if you could return before I bought the item & it said you could, when I asked for a return they said I could but the the shipping would be between £60-80 plus customs costs!!! Don’t touch this site with a barge pole I’ve now have a 100% refund voucher but don’t wish to order any of the tat they sell. Avoid at all costs!!!

Never ordering from this company again. Told me I could return but would cost 20- 80 pounds to do so. When I proceeded to ask for the return adress I was told that I could not. Quality is poor and see-through!

I made an order, realised I weren’t going to get my order in time! It took me 6 minutes to write an email to cancel, I was told I can’t as it wasn’t in 5minutes, even though it states 14days on their website! Wish I’d have checked the reviews first! AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMERS! They don’t deserve 1 star but you can’t chose 0 stars!

Terrible company. Bad quality, took ages to arrive.
Cost far more to return than the item cost.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals. They are rubbish . I complained but the returns options are ridiculous and reading the reviews, it is pointless to take the matter further,

Parcel arrived. Nothing like the item I ordered, cheap fabric, poor quality. The website clearly states that a refund is available what they don’t tell you is that it costs more to send it back than the item given the quality is actually worth. The cheapest return I could find was £16 and then I’m not convinced after reading other reviews that I would be refunded. Do I gamble another £16? I don’t think so. If nothing else I’ve learned a valuable ( literally) lesson.

ordered some sandals they were so skinny i cant see they would fit anyone in uk, they took 4 weeks to arrive , i tried to send them back. But the postage was more than the sandals cost i feel robbed, the government should not let this company trade in the uk where is the standards agency what are they doing Zilch

Beware this company is in China. Shoes were nothing like the picture, had to argue for a refund & pay return postage but shoes returned to sender with no refund. AVOID

Awful shirt arrived, nothing like description which said it was linen and cotton… oh no, cotton and polyester…. They will not give a refund only a voucher … as if I’d want to shop with them again… shirt goes to landfill … really disgusting customer service . do NOT buy anything

The company is a waste of time. You will be offered a voucher to spend back in this dreadful shop. The clothes look amazing on the website but believe me you will not be getting what is shown. Again do not use. You have been warned

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from this company. Garment was of poor quality, not as seen on images and sizing totally inaccurate. I have returned the item to China but it has cost me £31 but hopefully I will get my refund (am I being naive). I was offered a 100% voucher to buy another product but judging by other reviews I doubt if I would get this.

Absolutely avoid buying from this website. The sizing is not correct, quality of product terrible and you will never get a refund. Totally dodgy.

Do not order from this site, they try to con you (and succeeded) all through the process. The sizing is not as described and the quality is rubbish. I tried for 2 months to get them to give me a suitable solution but a robot kept saying "no". If anyone has found a way to complain to anyone who can take action please let me know.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Orders take ages to arrive as they are sent from China and are very poor quality, not the item that is depicted in the images on the website. When you contact them to request a refund, you are offered 3 options: a 10% refund plus a 50% voucher for your next purchase; a 100% voucher equal to the total order value or an expensive return to China and refunds will be processed once their team receives and verifies the items, and customs fees may apply. Due to the poor quality of the items, I assume everyone requests a refund so presumably they don't pay if you return the items as they would go bust. We reluctantly accepted the 10% refund as I didn't trust them to refund if we returned the items and we would incur postage and possibly customs fees. Obviously we have no intention of using the voucher.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The sizing is completely wrong, they then refuse to accept the sizing is wrong and do not allow you to return items. Complete scam.
