I could not have had a better customer experience. From the initial call I had with Jason to the end result followed through very carefully and considerately by Darren. Very professional company and they really will bend over backwards for you and follow you through the whole process from start to finish. I can tell that they are very adaptive to each individual client on the way the process is explained and dealt with. But maintain professionalism throughout. There are so many ways you can send requested documents to them, including sending it on WhatsApp. Everything was dealt with within a day and any follow up questions I had were answered with ease. I really felt like Darren had become a friend to me, and at such a crucial moment in time I could not have asked for anything more. Don't hesitate. Don't panic.
