I never received any updates on the delivery. Nor any link to track the gift package. It is a birthday gift so it is surely quite special. A bit more transparent process shall be highly appreciated.

Excellent "Get Well" basket for a male (or female), when you don't want to send flowers. Good quality items from my region (Colorado) You can add things like small puzzles in addition to food items and blanket.

Amazing Gift sent to a friend in college ---- she's out of state and the "Big Texas Hug" gift basket was perfect, she was so happy to receive it! Ordered a customized bag for my niece to send to her at college. Love the options and the process was so easy. Delivered as expected. It was a big hit for my niece and her roommates. This will be my go-to option when sending gifts in the future!

I can't comment on the gift basket yet since it has not been received. However I was supposed to get 10% off on my first order and I don't believe I did.

The item was much smaller than pictured even though I paid for and added other items. I paid $40 for rush shipping and the item arrived over four days later. I actually arrived in person to the grieving family hundreds of miles away before the item did.
The Colorado Hug is such a cute idea and the products looked nice but overall, very disappointed with the size and the delay.
One unexpected nice aspect was my message was written out beautifully.

I didn’t want the gift card but a note but couldn’t click out of the gift cards. It wasn’t seamless. Love your presentation when I received an order but ordering is a bit awkward.

One small suggestion to the company though. One item that they offer is a small botanical, actually it’s a cactus that needs almost no care. I included it in several gift orders. Both recipients told me that it spilled prior to arrival and that the dirt touched other items. I suggest that the plant be packaged separately in a box or bag when it is sent with other items.

I continue to give Sherry high marks. Though it is not her company, she deserves high marks for her customer service.

Cool company! I like the process of curating a “just right” package for loved ones.
