I enjoyed the user interface for the courses and the ability to do all courses at my own space .

The process of getting certified went very smoothly. Any questioned I had were answered, and answers usually came within a couple of days.

Although this process was quite frustrating I am truly appreciative of the help I received from MacKenzie, Sydney, Dr. Roberts and Adrian. Initially, the response time was not helpful. The 24 hour responses were not valid but as soon as I was able to connect with someone who understood my situation (licensing deadlines), everything went very smoothly. No access to a voice mail or the opportunity to talk to someone other than email was concerning. The above 4 people really came through for me at the end of the process and I am grateful for their help and support.

The website was user friendly and the whole process was easy to follow step by step.

For my teacher certification I was the most pleased with this company and ease of obtaining my certificate. HOWEVER, my second experience has been a NIGHTMARE. Incompetency and carelessness is what I have experienced.. my teacher/advisor has been phenomenal and supportive through the process, but corporate and the people available to help with the certification process is ridiculous Not to mention calling and not even being able to leave a voicemail. Don’t let the “we will email you back within 24 hrs” fool you either. I don’t normally write these kind of reviews, but I’m done, and I’m about ready to make a drive to Dallas to see if that gets results.

I am an emergency hire art teacher who enrolled in iTeach to pursue licensure for Hawaii state. When reading the company's website, I did not find a clear description of content areas they certified. I also submitted an email as well as phone call to get this clarified whether art was covered as a content area. I did not get a response on this. I decided to go ahead and pay to get enrolled. Once I had access to the next step of the process through this paywall, I had access to a very clearly stated list of content areas covered. Art was not listed. I immediately began the process of withdrawing from the program. I was not granted a refund for my initial payment. This payment was made due to being misinformed by a website that does not give detailed information in a transparent way. Please BEWARE and ask questions, speak to someone live, ask more questions, do not stop until you are clearly and thoroughly informed at every step of the way before deciding whether to pursue your certification through this program. And I highly recommend iTeach to make their program requirements/ content areas more transparent up front as well as be more communicative with the process so that people can make a fully informed decision about enrolling in your program as well as consider changing your refund policy to allow refunds of initial payment made within 1 week of enrollment.

Course content and modules were decent. It was self-paced, but also restrictive because if you complete a module in two days, you still have to wait two weeks to advance. As a busy educator, this would hold me back because I had times when I could really work and make progress and others I couldn't. In the end, the module work was necessary, but not especially helpful for passing my test, to be honest. Review tests were focused on multiple-choice, but didn't include a writing component, which is half your PAIL 268 score. The PASL component, on the other hand, was very helpful. You get a mentor who structures each step and provides feedback to keep you on track, which is essential. Finally, billing and oversight were lacking. In a complicated process such as this, experience and guidance are really important and that was lacking. Overall, I'd say this program was decent, probably similar to others, but you will need additional outside support to successfully finish your certification and secure a job.

This was an amazing experience and Iteach was great throughout the whole process .

I truly did think iteach was extremely organized with all of its courses, admin was very attentive and responsive. But I do think there needs to be another pathway for applicants who already have their degree in education. A lot of the courses and assignments I had already done in my collegiate courses, there was also a time where my courses weren't opened for me until 3 weeks before the courses "closed". Instead of offering me an extension, they just charged me another $300. I understand the late fees and registration fees but constantly paying these fees for courses that I have already taken in college was frustrating.

It was an easy start to sign up and get started. The whole process was a breeze. All of the admin and support staff are very friendly and there for your every step. Not once did I hesitate to reach out if I had a question and they usually respond 1-2 business days! All of the coursework and deadlines are very well spaced out. I would definitely recommend Iteach!

They fulfill the service. Coursework and feedback check all the boxes but are pithy and lack depth. Getting a response from support that fully answers questions or needs is tedious, but they usually get done what is necessary. Simple and flexible program.

I have received my education as both a teacher and a principal through this program. The system is easy to navigate, thanks to the clear models provided. The instructor was helpful, informative, and knowledgeable, making it easy to learn from our communications. They provided timely feedback and responded promptly to emails and phone calls. I learned a great deal from this system and highly recommend it to anyone interested in pursuing a career in education. I also wish they offered a school counselor program.

Your company was great helping me to gain my Texas certification in a timely manner. Each instructor, coach, supervisor, administrative associates were very helpful with answering all of my questions in a timely manner. They all were able to direct me to the places I needed to go. The lessons were understandable and consistent with the tests and classroom standards. I did like the idea that for a certain amount of time the beginning of a new courses were repeated. These repeated items were definitely on the tests. They were not word for word questions, but the lessons behind the repeated lessons. All instructors were always available to assist with lessons or confusing assignments with understanding what was expected. I would highly recommend your company to others struggling to gain Texas certification. In fact, I have recommended you to several people that have chosen you over several others. Your company was also very affordable to me.

The course material prepared me well for making a career transition into education. Both the pedagogical material and the subject-matter preparation courses were excellent.

This is a solid program and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in the classroom.

This program is only interested in taking your money. They do not have any care or concern for the people. Trying to actually make a difference in the field of education. Run away. Do not pay all the stupid fees and do not wait for them to tell you you're a cheater.

I had an awesome and encouraging supervisor. She was always willing to answer all of my questions. iTeach is a great program and I am glad I joined.

I teach has been a great experience for the inexperienced like me!!!
