Am looking forward to buy again and the staff a great and understanding,even contacting them is quick.

Communicated a deep scratch on the screen surface, in a visible area and had no response whatsoever. I did not expect a brand new screen, but obviously you would not sell a screen with a deep scratch, in a visible area, if you are a reputable store? Worst experience ever, I will never buy anything from you again and will make sure everyone I know won't as well.

Update-Morne, (Whom I assume is the owner), reached out to me and apologized, explained and put in a plan for rectification, I appreciate the effort and the fact that he actually listened to my issues, which does show customer satisfaction is a priority.

I assume my first encounter was just a mishap and I dont think, that this normally occurs when such care is taken,

I can assure anyone who is planning to purchase anything from this store,that if anything is wrong, they will receive the utmost of after sales purchase remedies to assist,

Their prices are so affordable, my order was ready for a pickup up just a day after purchase. The stuff was friendly and helpful over the phone, overall, I'm happier with my purchase, I bought the Eco flow Pro, power station, the best!

The products were explained properly and also I given advices based on what I need the laptop for.

I love my eco flow power station, it doesn’t come with a charging cable. But at least it was fully charged, it was very convenient for me because we had an outage at the time of delivery.

It was delivered within 48 hours 🥰
