Nice enough clothes and decent quality fabrics although some of the cuts are a bit weird and ill fitting, and colours not true to photos.
Returns policy outrageous. They charge you for a return 'processing fee' and also return postage - this is not apparent until after you receive the goods. Also when I returned an item (not cheap to Germany) , the parcel was returned to me as the address provided was incorrect (or fake?). Eventually they refunded me the item minus the processing fee (they didn't 'process' the item as it came back to me) So it cost me at least £30 to return an item. Not to mention wasted time.
I definitely would not buy from this website again and would advise strongly against. It has been a very expensive exercise (I paid to have a pair of their trousers altered as the fit was rubbish - this was cheaper than the cost of a return).

Absolutely poor service! The website states 7 days until dispatch. Nowhere does it say that the crap is shipped from China. The quality of the shirt is worse than Primark. Just keep your hands off it.
The parcel arrived 3 weeks later than announced by the retailer. ...and I had already complained to him in writing. Without this request it would have taken even longer. Customs duties of just under €8 are incurred to Germany. You should also pay attention to this when ordering, which I would advise against.
The withdrawal clause stated on the website is also illegal under German law. You should pay a €20 fee plus shipping costs. The former violates the BGB.

The garment description was given on the website as pure linen. The item I received is made in a 100% man- made fiber and doesn't even have a linen-look. The colours are also very different from the website. I would not recommend this company.

I bought two times from them, and I was completely satisfied. Items were exactly what I was waiting for, very good cut, well refined, and good materials. They arrived in time and well packed.
I will buy from them again.
