Good customer service
Website was easy to use. When push came to shove, however, the item ordered was not in stock. In fairness, however, I did receive a message form a member of staff to this effect and the company has kept me informed as to progress and likely delivery date. Often this does not happen and one is left in the dark. Good customer service.

Prior to ordering I contacted isswww to ask about stock etc. Very helpful and polite. Ordered on 12th April. and it arrived on the 20th April. Bearing in mind it had to be calibrated and Easter was right in the middle I cannot complain. A very minor winge would be that after placing the order, the status never changed from "processing". It would be very useful to keep this updated as it would give some indication that something is happening.
The package arrived undamaged and works well. So overall I would certainly use this company again.

I haven't received my items yet, still a 5 star Service.
I haven't received my items yet, and I won't for another month or so at the very least.
So why still 5* review? Well, within 30 minutes of the purchase I got a call from them, informing me the item is on back order and won't be available.
They gave me an opportunity to cancel my order, informed me where else I might be able to find what I was looking for.
I kept the order in, I'm in no rush. Really noteworthy customer service.
