I appreciated the kind professionalism of your staff. This was my first time ordering a medication out of the country.
The staff were patient, helpful, and tried to reassure me of a good outcome.

Th only down side is the return phone calls from customer service reps. They would come outside of normal business hours. I believe on Sundays which is normally not a time I would care to conduct business. This was rather distracting! Overall the experience was more than I expected. Thank you, and I would be a repeat customer!

Medication delivered to wrong address by USPS. Company investigated and fixed everything! Great people to work with

Delivery time was slower than other orders in the past

I was prescribed Jublia. My insurance doesn't cover it. It's about $1000 for 8ml. From IsraelPharm its $180. Shipped to me in Indiana with no problem. Ordered 3 times so far. The last time filled two at once so I have back up.

Israel Pharmacy has exceptional customer service. Even reaching out in being proactive in fulfilling my prescription when they knew I was running out.

Response and process time too slow. Makes one nervous if running out of meds. My order took over a month to arrive. Even my other order with another company made a week after Israel Pharm arrived earlier than them!

I would normally give a 5 star review, however the circumstances this time merit a 3 star. A gentleman called me after receiving my RX from my Dr. to confirm everything and I paid for it over the phone at that time. He said that I should receive it in 10 to 14 days. However I never received an email confirming the shipping and its been 11 days, so I called them a few time trying to check on it and I could only leave a message. Their response was sending an email with a link for payment. I responded that I already paid on 5/20 when someone called me to confirm the order, then I forward my receipt to them, confirming my payment. On 6/1 received an email thanking me for my payment and I asked again when should I receive my order, I got no response or an apology for the delay, which was unexpected, since they have always been so gracious and nice. I did get an email on 6/2 that my order has shipped. I then got an email on 6/10 asking for a review before I even received the order. I finally received my RX a few days later. I hope they get their ducks in a row for future orders and I'll never pay over the phone again.

Your pharmacist is the laziest , most incompetent person i have had the misfortune to deal with in a long long time. I have run out of my Jardiance prescription and i still have not recieved my medicine even after sending the new prescription to you. All this person does is lweave me voice mails and a phone number to call THAT NOONE EVER ANSWERS!!! Have you people never heard of EMAIL? Please assign ANYBODY else to my account.A DEAD DOG LYINGIN THE STREET would give better service!
