I just spent two weeks working with ism on a forklift reach a counterbalance and pallet truck. To start I was very nervous as it was all new to me. With in minutes I was made feel welcome relaxed and not just part of a team but a family. Working with this family ran business I was made feel like I was worth something. With the help of staff i grew in confidence and now feel I can achieve anything. I would recommend this family ran business to any one who is willing to learn because no one else in my opinion could help you better than theses. Old but wise group.

My instructor told me he would not let me do the test without booking a mock test with him. Ridiculous, lost all confidence in ism.

Used ISM to pass my A license motorcycle test. Had Paul Fitz as my instructor. Couldn’t ask for better and did the test feeling comfortable that I was shown everything I needed to know and more.

Would highly recommend to anyone and happy with what I learned to be safe on two wheels.

I recently passed my D licence with ISM. I had 3 great instructors Terry John and Adian I would not have passed without the guidance from these 3 guys

I had done lessons with a previous driving school and they were terrible. I went with ISM and they were AMAZING!! My instructor David Byrne was extremely helpful and helped me pass my test first time around. I would highly recommend.

Guys, I used to be their customer in other training but after what happened on my Truck and its outcome I decided to cut any relationship.
I got the training paid for Social well faire, and it was a bad start, I manage to be treated as a second class, and My instructor was deliberately not delivering the right content in order to get paid for more hours, and they got paid for 10 hours, and I am already "professional" driver with a top license in other country and actually driving in Ireland for over 15 years.
But the worst was still to come, after a rude treatment from mister R.... , he told me, "you would be talking with me if have already succeeded on the test"
To simplify, the test was clearly settled to fail me.
They say a 90% approval rate. RSA says 46%, which means if you keep paying for more lessons you eventually get passed.
I decided to take legal action, as they can not be scamming people like that.
One last thing, pay attention to the fake reviews made to improve their score rates here

I have been training with ISM to obtain my D licence for Go-Ahead Ireland for many weeks with almost all the instructors at the Finglas branch. Each instructor was great and were very detailed in explaining their own way of training. It helped me a lot but there was some confusion with driving styles.

When I started with Terry, I began feeling more confident and my driving improved by a country mile!
When I had any uncertainty, he always re-assured me, which gave me a lot of confidence up to the test.

He was the most consistent instructor, with a great personality, attitude. He calmly guided me through each step offering constructive feedback and encouragement which helped me a lot!

A massive thanks to Terry. Now a new Go-Ahead bus driver!

My daughter rang up this morning regarding driving lessons already having a 500 voucher pre paid, and the lady who answered the phone could have done a course on dealing with the public her attitude left a lot to be desired.

I started training at ISM for a D LICENCE, at the beginning i had a few different trainers with their own individual style of training, because there was no consistency with one trainer i felt totally let down and as if i was getting nowhere but then one of the trainers there called Terry seen how it was affecting me and took me on as a consistent trainer and OMG the difference in my driving and self confidence. I felt i could do anything. So terry i owe you for my D licence and my future driving career. A sincere thank you and also thank you to all the staff at ISM finglas. Sincerely enda curran. Booked a training module with ISM for my CPC Driver Qualification Card, one of five modules you have to do over a five-year period in order to keep your card valid.
Having moved to the UK for an unknown period of time, I had changed my Irish driving licence to a UK one but had kept my CPC card as an Irish issued one and was back in Ireland visiting and took the opportunity to do the course.
I was advised, by sources other than ISM, that this option was okay and these required modules could be undertaken in Ireland and applied to my Irish CPC card.
However, the course tutor advised that this may not be the case and he would ask the centre manager for clarification when he came in.
When the manager finally arrived he subsequently advised that the course modules would only be valid if, in fact, my driving licence was still an Irish one, or had been changed back to an Irish one from the UK one. The only alternative was to change my Irish issued CPC card to a UK one when back in the UK and do the required CPC modules there.
So, the course I had paid for and was currently attending was no good to me as it was not going to be valid and, in that regard, I asked the manager could I get a refund and his answer was a flat no. The reason being “Well, we could have had someone else on the course instead of you and we wouldn’t have lost €65”
Now, ISM have an annual turnover of about €11M and generate a yearly profit of about €3M but they refused to refund an amount of €65.00. They, I’m sure, would argue that the invalid booking that was made by me was not their fault but I found their money grabbing greed quite sickening to flatly refuse a refund on a course booked in error.
To refund €65.00 on the back of profits of €3M would not even have amounted to pennies in relative cost to them.
So, I would advise to be very careful when booking anything with ISM because if you make any kind of error in the booking you’ve lost your money.
And ISM have certainly lost me as a future customer for any course/tuition requirements.

I got the wrost instructor in my entire Life, Richard his name in finglas, the instructor was bullying, he was screaming at me by any mistake i made, he was not teaching me anything but just saying i should read the book rules of the road and shouldn't be asking him anything.
When i asked him for a feedback he replied No comments.
He also said he didn't have to tell me anything but just sit in the truck and be in silence watching.
I don't know how ISM still keeps this kind of instructor.
I dont know about the other instructors if they are good or not.

Really recommend Niamh, she was great really gave me confidence to help me pass my test was so helpful and pleasant and I learned so much from her.

I highly recommend this company for coach and bus driver training. Darren and Terry create a structured but fun environment to both learn and feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel. This environment has led to a first time pass for me.

Recently used ISM to prepare for a driving test, after failing 2. Sandra was my allocated instructor and couldn't have been luckier nor happier. Having done my previous 12 lessons with a different instructor I felt I learned more from my 3 lessons with Sandra. She was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. She offered great guidance and plenty of tips that played a massive factor in me getting my licence. Couldn't recommend Sandra more.

Done my c1 lessons ISM in finglas. Passed my test with them, would highly recommend them.

The CPC management course with Stephen Kavanagh and ISM is what "Good looks like " when rating a on line course . Stephen puts his hart and sole into getting all his students qualified and I would highly recommend this course.

Took part in the Transport Management CPC course delivered by Stephen Kavanagh. The way Stephen delivers the course is second to none, his teaching style is engaging and extremely thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and I would have no reservations recommending this course to anyone.
