Island Safe Provides 100% Customer Support

I had my Island Safe for several years and recently changed the lock mechanism batteries. A short time later when I was in my Safe, I noticed a small plastic tab had broken off of the battery door cover and was on the floor of the Safe. It appeared the tab had worn due to plastic fatigue or improper installation.
I contacted Island Safe to see about my purchasing a replacement battery door cover. They responded by asking a few questions and indicated that should not have happened and immediately sent me a replacement at No Charge.
In 2026 it is refreshing to have a company "Stand Behind Their Product". I can't say enough good things about the performance of my Island Safe and the way this company values their customers. If you are looking for a Quality Safe at a Great Price with 100% Customer Service, I would be shopping for Island Safe.

Love it!

Just got my first safe! it’s small, cute, and surprisingly reliable. Never thought I’d ever buy a safe lol, but I guess some things deserve to be kept safe. Old photos, letters from my early years, little pieces of my life that mean just as much as jewelry. And of course, it’s good for keeping important documents like my passport too:)

Awesome key replacement service!

After moving, I lost the key to my safe and was panicking because I really needed to access what was inside. Thankfully, I was able to order replacement keys directly from their website. At first, I forgot to provide the serial number and previous order receipt, but their team reached out to me quickly to made sure I submitted all the necessary info. I could tell they took my request seriously, which meant a lot to me. They even helped expedite the process—and I received the keys earlier than expected! So grateful for their fast, professional support. Truly a lifesaver!

I purchased a QT-25 safe

I purchased a QT-25 safe. Everything worked fine until I had to change batteries. I replaced them, and lost my user code. I could not, and still cannot reset the safe to return to default code settings. I have no idea why this is happening.
I have emailed their support team via email at least four times.

Sadly, nothing they have sent me has resolved the problem. Since they cannot be reached by phone, going back and forth via email is the only option.

Brand new batteries!

Please, do not blow this off or ignore this. I need this safe to work as it should.

Surely someone knows what’s wrong, and can provide the correct fix.

To begin, nothing you have provided me has solved my problem. I have followed the video instructions sent. FYI, I’ve been a software engineer for my entire career, so I think I know what I’m doing.

I’m using brand new Duracel AA batteries. I cannot get the safe to reset back to the factory codes.

When I attempt to add a user code, I continually get 3 yellow beeps.

Questions:

What do I need to do to reset the QT-25 safe?
What do 3 yellow beeps indicate?

Using 4 new batteries. When I hold down the reset button for 3-4 seconds the green light doesn’t blink. The codes don’t seem to be getting refreshed.

Great Customer Support

The keypad on my safe started malfunctioning after a few weeks. Their customer service was great and sent me a replacement within a few days. The safe itself feels sturdy and well made. For the price, I don’t think you can beat this quality and level of customer support.

I have not received my safe yet. I’m still waiting on it so I can’t give you any stars right now until I receive my safe in a timely manner, so I’m hopefully getting my safe in the next couple of days
