We went Umra on sep and December with luqman he did visa transportation and hotel we are very satisfied and in future we Wii book from Lukmam the service is very good and anytime we call he answer inshallah in future we will go with Lukmam thanks for everything

We had a wonderful experience with Rehman and his agency, Islamic Tour, while planning and completing our Umrah journey. From the very beginning, Rehman was incredibly patient and guided us through every step of the process, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. Our entire stay was very well organized. Transportation was smooth and reliable, and all arrangements were handled with great care and professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout. We highly recommend Islamic Tour to anyone planning Umrah, and we are definitely looking forward to traveling with them again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Islamic Tours CA during my Umrah trip at the end of January.

Initially, everything seemed fine. I dealt with a sales representative named Rahman Khan, who was helpful and responsive at the beginning. We discussed and agreed on all the details — including hotels, transportation, and overall package pricing — and I made the required payments based on those agreed terms.

However, about two weeks before our scheduled departure, I was contacted and told that my hotel had not yet been booked and that I would need to pay extra because prices had increased. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It is not the customer’s responsibility to cover additional costs due to delays or poor planning on the company’s end. Waiting until the last minute to secure accommodations and then passing the financial burden onto the client is unacceptable.

On top of that, I was shocked to find that basic transportation — such as airport pickup and drop-off — was not included in the package. This is something most people would reasonably assume is standard in an Umrah package. Instead, they only provided transport between cities (hotel to hotel), and even that experience was terrible. The driver himself was kind and professional, so no fault to him, but the vehicle provided was completely unacceptable — it had a gas leak, and we smelled gasoline inside the cabin for the entire four-hour trip from Mecca to Medina.

When we arrived in Medina, the issues continued. The hotel booked for us was in extremely poor condition. There was no running hot water, the room smelled strongly of sewage, and we had to switch rooms multiple times just to find something barely tolerable. On top of that, the hotel was much farther from Masjid al-Nabawi than advertised. While online searches suggested it was about a 10-minute walk, that was not accurate at all in reality.

Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a peaceful and spiritual journey. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, double-check every detail, and ensure everything is confirmed in writing well in advance. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding dealing with Rahman Khan.

Asalamalaikom wrt everyone who ever is reading this post, the purpose of this post to make awareness about this company ( Islamic tour Canada) I am in the middle of this acquisition since this is under review with TICO, Canadian anti fraud center and service Alberta regarding that this company has done with me any one who is doing business with this company just read the terms and conditions before processing the payment, they took the payment and later on let me know that my visa is rejected with out giving any proof or application number that can be track, they send me a letter head from Saudi embassy which doesn’t look legit I have send it for verification & waiting on that, so be careful folks.

This is a scam company we booked umrah with them and asked for a 5 stars package and they gave us a horrible disgusting 3 stars hotel and all the agents at this company are scammers and liars and are very disrespectful they will tell you that they booked a 5 starts hotel but you end up with a horrible 3 star hotel when you arrive at Mecca and madena. I strongly recommend to not book umrah with this scam company you will regret it

I was able to travel because of the situation of Iran, the tour was canceled. I acknowledge my interaction with Saqib was smooth, he has refunded me after the tour was cancelled. I will definitely book with him after Hadj

Although I ultimately did not end up going, he was professional, responsive, and very organized throughout the process. He provided clear information and was supportive every step of the way. I booked an Umrah package with Islamic Tour Centre and was clearly told that my accommodation in Madinah would be a 5-star hotel. However, when I arrived in Medina, I was placed in Mina Kareem Hotel, which was far below 5-star standards.

The hotel conditions were disappointing and not what was promised. I feel misled because the package was sold to me as a 5-star experience, but the reality did not match the agreement.

I would strongly advise future customers to DO Not book with this company, it’s Scam and thieves . I paid $ 8000 for disgusting hotel Muna Kareem will know in madina as very low hotel . Please save your money and avoid Islamic tour and never book umra with them .

My experience has been wonderful .Islamic Tour of Canada has made my dream come true. Mashallah my dream of performing Umrah has happened and was planned successfully by Brother Mehr Luqman Qayyum. He planned our whole trip from Makkah to Madina and ziyarat as well. And we have been in communication for the whole time. Brother Luqman would answer anytime . He has been very much involved in our journey to make us feel safe. . Thank You very much Brother.

Zaheer, made the application process very easy but when we arrived at the hotel in mecca, we were given a very small room with dirty bed sheets, dirty carpet and this made my sister cough and she couldn't sleep at night. Also no water bottles were supplied and even the receptionist were surprised we were given to tower 4. The receptionist said our travel agency are the only ones who can call them to change us as they do have availability in other rooms but they just need to hear from the travel agency. Zaheer said he can't help which was unfortunate. We paid for 5 star stay but our room was not clean, the smell of the dirty carpet surrounded the entire room. This is scam and you are robbing your clients. You need to be honest and treat your clients fairly.
