Misrepresented products, refused return
Love the regular IWF brand bands. However, I bought a few of their 'factory' bands, and they are clearly of inferior quality, and they stuck to my skin. I contacted 'the best customer service' via the web site. They replied and told me that these factory bands are not even manufactured by them! (they've now updated the product page to truthfully mention this) I asked if I could return them, and pay the difference to get proper IWF bands and they said no, our return policy is that you cannot return them at all, since you opened the package. Not sure how such a return policy applies to products being sold as something they're not. They did say they'd give me a discount to buy more IWF bands though. Fool me once. No thanks.
