I used Irish Parcels because of the FANTASTIC reviews it got, well i have to say they were all correct Irish Parcels is a great company sent 2 parcel on the 03/12/24 one to the U.S and one to Australia both received on the 06/12/2024 and the pricing was great keep up the great work Irish Parcels 10/10 thank you.

Sent a Xmas parcel through you and UPS to my daughter in Vancouver . It was picked up on Monday 25/11 from my home and amazingly she received it yesterday 28/11 !!!!! 3 days door to door - and it weighed 3 kg and was not the most expensive deal.UNBELIEVABLE service -take a bow IRISH PARCELS and UPS. I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service your team at Irish Parcels has provided me over the past three years. Each year, I send a small Christmas box of gifts to my youngest son in New York, and the joy it brings him is beyond measure. It is truly a highlight of his Christmas and reminds him of the love and warmth of home, even from so far away.

You may find it surprising that this is the only transaction I make each year, but I can honestly say that every member of your team has made me feel like I’m one of your most valued customers. While I’m just an Irish Mammy sending a single package annually, I feel as though I’m treated with the same care and attention as someone sending parcels on a daily basis. And that’s not something I take for granted, especially in a world where customer service isn’t always what it used to be.

I have to specifically mention Szymon, Evan and Michelle, who have been incredibly helpful this year. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were above and beyond, and I’m deeply appreciative of their efforts in making sure my son will receive his box of Christmas joy once again.

As someone whose father started a business over 80 years ago and instilled in me the importance of always putting the customer first, I can’t tell you how much it means to me to experience such outstanding service. My dad’s mantra was always, “The customer is always right, even when they’re wrong,” and I can see that this tradition of excellent service is alive and well in your team.

I ordered on Sunday afternoon, package was collected on Monday, delivered to the Netherlands on Thursday.

Very nice and helpfull operator at the hotline. Althought dpd failed at the first pick-up, your service managed it. Second try worked out and the parcel found its way home.

Second time using your service . Great value very competitive pricing for our parcels to Australia . Easy to navigate the site . Prompt collection and delivery on time as stated .. great to see where the parcel was through travelling process. Keep up the great work . Niamh .

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! It has all the hallmarks of a scam! First of all the parcel was not collected on time then all interactions are using a different email, none from Irish parcel.ie. To access invoice about overweight claims, you need to click on a link, just like scammer. My parcel weighted 6.8kg, boxed in a box for A4 ream of paper, which I amended to be smaller. Suddenly it is weighing apparently 36kg and a bill of over E200 is requested. The parcel was collected by DPD, their parcel limit is 32.5kg so there is NO WAY the parcel they would have accepted a parcel that weighs 36kg. AVOID AT ALL COST, it is not worth it.

Sent a parcel from my office to myself in Europe. I declared the dimensions as 15 x 15 x 1 = 225 cubic cm

The package was a A5 padded envelope (standard dimensions are 17x24.5cm and in fact the shirt is 1cm think but lets include the envelope padding and say it was 2cm)

17x25x2 = 850 cubic cm WHICH according to your website is still €43.21 (which what I paid originally for the 15 x 15 x 1 = 225 cubic cm)

All of which is way less than 1 kg

IT IS ALSO DEFINITELY NOT 55 x 37 x 11cm as claimed by you for the oversized payment.

The price that I paid and the quote for the A5 envelope measurements which is STILL the EXACT SAME PRICE (regardless of the small size error).

Despite numerous requests for proof of the oversized item, it was never provided and received continuous demands for payment.

Won't be using them again!

Highly recommend, quick pickup, and delivery earlier than expected from Ireland to Canada

Helpful staff, parcel got to Bali safely but needed a tax number from the recipient, which should have been put on the customs document which was done in your office. I was told it wasn’t needed as it was a gift
This tax number is a relatively new law in Indonesia, so if you have any more deliveries to that part of the world, please get the sender to get that number first so it can go on the custom’s declaration.

Rubbish third party service. I booked a courier and rang their customer service who were no help at all when asking why the parcel had no status. Then I rang DHL directly who told me I was lucky to have called them as Irish Parcel never even booked the parcel for pick-up. If I hadn't rang DHL the parcel would not have been picked up which is the whole point of Irish Parcels. Just go direct to the courier like DHL or DPD etc as other reviewers have also advised.

Quick reply to any questions or queries. Very good staff in destination country that organized for delivery with recipient and kept to agreed schedule.

Constantly kept me informed of the whereabouts of multiple shipments and Customs hold ups. Irish Parcels staff couldn’t do enough for both my company and my customers. 5/5 again👌
