A litany of disappointments. Starting with the most serious:

1) The battery lasted 3 months before suddenly failing. The charge in my iPhone would go from full to zero, and turning off, frequently with no notice.
2) It wouldn't charge 80% of the time making the phone totally unusable, the Apple Genius Bar diagnosing a faulty battery.
3) The battery was identified as being a non-Apple product despite having paid the extra for the "completely new technology battery which gives you battery health in settings and no warning message about non-genuine parts”.
4) It took several weeks to receive the phone back in the first instance after being sent in for battery replacement. This was in part my fault - I had forgotten to include order number - but I emailed immediately and was told "oh yeah, no problem, we'll find it straight away, won't be an issue". Clearly it was an issue and was just sitting on the administrator's desk for a long time.

The company offered to do a return and replacement after their own diagnostic process, but this would mean being without a phone for a week. This wasn't acceptable to me so a fair compromise was proposed. A request for the £14.99 "upgrade" cost was denied despite evidence that the battery was identified as a non-verified product, precisely what was promised it would not do! I was requesting about 20% of the cost of a faulty product which I consider to be a fair assessment.

The only thing I can say in the company's defence is that communications were generally quick and in good English but given I paid £85 for a product which lasted 3 months. With a fair resolution denied by FreeFusion, I cannot give anything other than the lowest score.

When I mentioned 'buyer beware' to the company, I got a one-line response: "of course".

Excellent service. Very speedy and I was kept informed of progress by email. I sent my iPhone for a new battery; the turn round was same day so it was out of my possession for a very short time. The new battery makes an enormous difference

They will not return my phone!!

They have had my phone for 3 weeks now, they have stopped answering my emails and have not returned my phone.

The service was amazing. The communication was excellent and I received my phone back within 2 working days having replaced the screen and looking like brand new again.

I found this service online. The instructions ass to how to use the service were easy to understand and use. I posted the iphone and it was returned to me fixed two days letter. this was astonishingly quick - I shall certainly use this service again and would recommend it unhesitatingly.

My experience with free fusion was excellent. They repaired my Samsung 21 AS S screen.Good work fast repair too.

Be aware as they not Apple approved. Non genuine part and whats worst don't expect any warranty as they always find an excuse saying its your fault or its a separate case to the previous EVEN next day after repair. Total rip off

Took my I-phone in for battery replacement and it was completed within the hour. Very impressive so returned with my defective iPad mini which had sat in a drawer for sometime. Device had a faulty home button and battery was not holding charged. Turned around in 48 hours. Company kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very competent and friendly operation. Highly recommend. Thank You.
