We understand that dealing with a revoked certificate is frustrating, but we need to clarify a major misunderstanding: iOSBoom does not revoke certificates. All revokes are issued directly by Apple.

As clearly stated on our Plans page (https://iosboom.com/plans) and our Terms of Service (https://iosboom.com/terms), our certificates do not include "Revoke Protection." Because Apple's actions are outside of our control and our policies are fully transparent before checkout, we do not offer refunds for revoked certificates.

Entendemos tu frustración, pero es importante aclarar un gran malentendido: iOSBoom no revoca los certificados; es Apple quien lo hace. Las revocaciones son un riesgo conocido en este entorno.

Como se indica de forma muy clara en nuestra página de precios (https://iosboom.com/plans) y en nuestros Términos de Servicio (https://iosboom.com/terms), nuestros certificados no incluyen protección contra revocaciones. Dejamos esto 100% transparente antes de que cualquier cliente realice una compra. Lamentamos que hayas tenido mala suerte con los escaneos de Apple, pero nuestras políticas y las condiciones del servicio son claras desde el principio.

Hi Jess,

We see you are having trouble getting Delta! To download and install sideloaded apps like Delta, you must first purchase a signing certificate from our website.

Apple requires these certificates for the installation to work. Once you purchase your certificate, you will be able to easily download and install Delta directly through the iOSBoom app.

We understand that dealing with an Apple revoke after just 6 days is incredibly frustrating. However, we want to clarify that iOSBoom does not revoke certificates Apple does.

As clearly stated on our Plans page (https://iosboom.com/plans) and our Terms of Service (https://iosboom.com/terms), our certificates do not come with Revoke Protection. We are completely transparent about this risk before checkout, so we cannot offer refunds for Apple's actions.
