My experience with this website was very disappointing. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to contact them, and the responses I received by email appeared to be automated and did not address my situation.
I ordered one coat and three sweaters. I received the three sweaters, but two of them did not match the quality shown on the website. When I asked to return them, I was told that returns were not accepted and that they could only offer a partial refund.
The coat I ordered has never arrived, and I have not received any meaningful response regarding this issue. The situation started in winter 2025 and remains unresolved.
What I also find frustrating is the lack of transparency: the company is difficult to contact, there are no clear customer service options, and it is hard to find independent reviews online.

+++Experiența mea cu acest site a fost foarte dezamăgitoare. Nu există un număr de telefon pentru contact, iar răspunsurile primite pe email par a fi automate și nu rezolvă problema reală.
Am comandat un palton și trei pulovere. Am primit cele trei pulovere, însă două dintre ele nu corespundeau calității prezentate pe site. Când am solicitat returnarea lor, mi s-a spus că nu pot fi acceptate la retur și că mi se poate oferi doar o rambursare parțială.
Paltonul comandat nu a ajuns nici până în prezent, iar la emailuri nu mai răspunde nimeni. Situația datează din iarna 2025 și încă nu a fost rezolvată.
Mi se pare frustrant că este foarte dificil să găsești informații sau recenzii despre acest site și că nu există o modalitate reală de a lua legătura cu compania.
