The support team surved my wishes as good as it can be. They replied always really fast and accurate. Never had a bad experience and any problems seemed to be no problems after I got a reply.

Hello! I just came back from travelling trough Iran for 4 weeks as a single woman and I had a excelent time. I used Intravelcard as a travel debit card. I took cash into Iran, the CEO and a collegue met me at my first hotel in Shriaz to arrange everything. They put the money on my card and installed everything for me on my phone, including usefull apps as Snapp. They even came to meet me in a cafe in the city when I contaced them that my Internet didnt seem to work (the problem had to do with my phone but they manage to fix it for me)Every time you contact them by calling or app they get back to you quickly and are welkoming to answer any question you might have.
I could use my card to pay online, to use snapp and every shop/hotel/restaurant/travelagency/trainstation/ect has a "POS" where you can use your card.
At ATM's you can only withdraw IRR 2.000.000 a day. But that is a rule in Iran and the case with every debitcard you chose.
Of course Intravelcard has to make some money for deliver this services but the exchange rate didn't differ that much from the exchange rates at money exchangers. The advantage as a traveller is that you don't have to carry cash, if you lose your card they will arrange a new one and your money is not lost. You don't have to worry about having enough cash and spend time and taxirides in city's to go to moneyexchangers. But it is wise to also have some IRR cash with you for taxis in the smaller city's where there is no Snapp, shared taxis and in the sporadic case a POS machine isn't working.
And if you are for example hiring a guide who don't have POS, you can not transfer money from your card to their bank account, you'll need some cash for that as well. But you can pay them in euros or dollars most of the time.
At the end of my trip the Intravelcard CEO came to my hostel in Tehran and arranged the money wich was left on my card to give it back to me in Euro's. I can highly recommend this friendly, welcoming and helpfull compagny!
