Gift Card Void - No Response

Terrible service. I was bought a gift voucher for my birthday but it doesn’t seem to work online anymore. I’ve emailed and sent in two contact us requests yet radio silence. They’ve taken money from a family member in good faith and now it’s can’t be spent. Robbers.

No Morals, Poor Quality, No REASoN to shop here

If I could put zero I would. The current owners of this business are scum bags. Instead of posting digs on social
media perhaps they should pay the creators who they collaborated with and didn’t pay. (ALLEGEDLY) The founder of this company left a LONG time ago and when he left so did the intergrity, morals and values of this company. Spend your money elsewhere give yourself the REASoN to do so.

IN THE STYLE ....I ordered an item from your company via Debenhams . Four weeks ago I sent you my return however no refund and klarna still want instalments . What a sham of a company . If you pay by credit card . You can get your money back on section 75 . This company collaborates with klarna and clear pay to make it an affordable way for customers to get items however , Debenhams are using this to deceive potential customers.
The illegal returns policies they stand by of taking up 4 weeks to refund is against the law . Maximum 14days .
The company is taking advantage of the vulnerable by offering installments .
I have two items I have returned . Unfortunately Royal Mail made an error with the tracking numbers . never the less both items were returned and I have proof of the returns . Only for integrity to be questioned by one of their customer service agents .
Not only was this lady belligerent but also stated her company would not be refunding for the items I returned Due to a postal error . Thank you Danielle .
What kind of company employs staff to abuse the consumers and refused them their refund . To me this is legalised mugging .
They then allow klarna and clear pay to take this money .
It use to be a great company but now are just scamming their customers .
This company deserves no stars 🌟I know this might not be an option for some but it gets results - Sue ...Debenhams through the small claims even if it's a very small amount . It will cost you £70 to apply online however you add this amount to the money your are claiming for and Debenhams will not only have to refund your original sum your claiming for but will have to pay you the £70 application fees .
Also , if you've paid them by credit card . Section 75 of the act covers you for false advertising and what they advertise is fake so the credit card will chase them after reimbursing you .
In addition to this . Do not return if you've paid by credit card just state to them " The Goods are ready for you collect " it is then Debs who have to arrange collection under the credit card section 75 if the don't . You - have even more leverage to claim money back .

Have left a review before they then commented on it their selfs asking To contact their complaints I did this was all well said it was all sorted and received another email once again stating my refund would be with me with in 3-5 working days again no refund and not emailing back now I would not recommend ordering from this company there customer care is shocking and just like to take people money I sent my order back in June !!!
Full of false lies and excuses
Nearly 3 month from the time they receives my item back and no money to show for it

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I bought my daughter jeans for Christmas. The blue ones fit lovely but the grey is the same size but a smaller fit for some reason.
I started Christmas shopping the end of November as usual but I have recently found out that In The Style returns policy is 14 days.
How ridiculous that this company does not have an extended Christmas returns policy like all other companies.
They refuse to refund me even though I was going to get the next size up.
I have been using this company for a few years but they have lost a good customer.
Terrible service 😡

You CANNOT return

Bought a couple of dresses for my graduation, one didn’t fit nicely but my order number ‘wasn’t recognised’ for a return. I filled out the form to for them to email me and fix the situation a few days later and no response.
This was last month.

Never received order, ITS refuse to help.

Nearly a month ago now my order worth over £120 was marked as delivered but not received (proof of delivery was just concrete and a parcel, no door etc) ITS are refusing to refund or replace! Made ME call Royal Mail who even they were shocked as they stated its the companies responsibility to refund/replace and then recoup costs from Royal Mail.
I have been chasing this since 15th November but on live chat I am told they can’t help, only on emails. Yet no one responds to emails! Absolutely disgusting customer service, seems this companies gone massively downhill and now just steals peoples money!

Items booked for next day delivery…

Items booked for next day delivery never turned up and the tracking isn’t showing. The live chat is constantly not available, I’ve messaged 4 times with no response! Terrible customer service, where are my items or refund?

Awful awful customer services

Awful awful customer services! was on chat waiting for an advisor over 3 hours did not even get a reply emailed on numerous occasions no reply !
still no item delivered !!!

Awful Customer Service!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Awful returns policy of 14 days, clearly they don’t understand the real world. Only retailer I’ve come across that have such a short returns date. Also the one time I did have a refund they took ages to repay it. Quick enough to take your money but a fight to get it back!

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever received. I have had wrong items sent to me a few times. Paid for next day delivery but not sent for a few days, discount codes that don’t work. You can rarely speak to an agent and when you do the answer is just tough. They are not willing to help at all. They are more interested in constantly banging out new collections than sorting out their issues

Disgusted in this company

Disgusted in this company.
I received the incorrect item from in the style. Each time I tried to speak to them through chat no advisor was available.
I finally got to speak with someone via email and explained what had happened.

After sending the incorrect item back they have deducted a returns fee from me (even though they sent me the wrong thing) and also refunded me for the item I did receive rather than the item I did not receive which was significantly less money.

I want the refund sent for the item I have paid for but did not receive!! Unbelievable.

What has happened to ITS?

My first experience of this company was fine, no issues. My second experience however is extremely poor. I have been sent the wrong item. I have contacted them to tell them via chat and email. So far, very little response, despite sending photographic evidence. I will give this a bit more time, but if I do not receive my correct item, I will take the matter further. It's just a shame to receive very good customer service the first time and now this. It clearly won't bode well for ITS as a company if they continue to not trade honestly and efficiently, going by the very negative reviews here.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Had an issue with a return which I eventually got sorted through Klarna. This dragged on for weeks. They have now removed my account and stopped me being able to orders from here due to ‘high returns’. This is clearly just because of this issue I had they are doing this to me.

Appaling customer service experience

Wished I had come here to read reviews before placing an order. There's no phone numbers to speak with anyone and their chat service is the most appalling I have ever experience from any retailer. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I guess reading the reviews now, I should be pleased I received the items, even though one of the two items are damaged.
I went through the chat on the website and the whole chat with the agent to get a resolution lasted 3 hours. When I complained to the agent, she said the system takes me to the back of the queue each time I post a message on the chat.
After telling me to send pictures, she confirmed and sent me a copy and paste message, forgetting to include the relevant codes. I've given up so I'll just keep the damaged item, its not worth the stress at all given the stress of even talking to an agent!

Constant mistakes, very little apology

I am so disappointed in this company, I ordered a pair of wide leg knee high boots on the day they launched, when they arrived it was a flat boot they sent me, I contacted them and they advised if I sent them proof I was returning them they would refund me (subsequently the ones I wanted were then out of stock), then I ordered an alternative pair and they arrived today, in a size 8, when I ordered a 6!! Previously I ordered from this company and the dress "went missing" & was then out of stock when I contacted them. I will not be accepting an apology this time, terrible customer service. No attention to detail to actually check what is being sent is correct

Sent the wrong item and then expected me to do their job for them

Sent the wrong item and then expected me to send the item back before they would send the item that I ordered. They told me it could take more than 2 weeks for the item that I ordered to be delivered as this is the estimated length of time for the return process. They then added that by which point my item that I ordered might not even be in stock. The factory made an error by sending the wrong item and now its down to me, the customer,to take time out of my busy working life to travel to a town to send it back. I can't believe that they wont send the item that i have paid for until I ammend an error that someone made in their factory.

Terrible customer service

Ordered from In the Style on Monday, paid for next day delivery and only received my order today (Saturday). When I messaged to find out where my order was, they didn’t know. The person I spoke to, couldn’t have been any less helpful, and was quite rude. I messaged again to see if there was an update and didn’t even get a reply.
When my order did arrive it hard a dirty mark on.
Avoid like the plague!!
