If you really need your child to be in the online school, and there is no other option.. maybe you can consider International Schooling for your child. But BEWARE... when you have a problem, the administration (which is supposedly able to be contact via WhatsApp) might suddenly silent and won't give you any reply or any solution. My child end up just waisting time, only waiting for the teacher.. until the end of the lesson. No explanation what so ever!! Very disappointing!!!

First of all, I’d like to say that the staff at this school are not very responsive or willing to address your concerns. They are very clear and helpful in explaining everything until you make the payment. However, once the payment is made, it can take several days to receive a response to any questions, if you receive a response at all.

We had an extremely incompetent teacher. We opted for individual lessons, and we were told we would be able to choose the time and days. However, at the beginning, we had to adjust our schedule to suit the teacher’s availability rather than the other way around, even though we had paid for the service. It took over a month to resolve this issue, and we did not receive any compensation for the missed lessons with the teacher.

Things got even more frustrating. We had a lesson scheduled for 11:00. We logged in, but the teacher simply didn’t show up—without any prior notice. Our plans revolve around our child’s education, so this was extremely disrespectful. They took our money, and after that, it felt like we were left to figure things out on our own.

Once again, I want to emphasize that while I appreciate their teaching program, which is strong and effective, the teachers themselves seem unprofessional.

BE CAREFUL. I regret registering my child with them. 1) They only provide 6 hours of lessons per week and this is not clearly told before payment. 2) Admin gaslight you about every single request: from planning to rescheduling classes that they did not provide. 3) rules change in the middle of the year but you have paid in advance so you are left with no solution. 4) there is no higher management you can escalate issues with. No contacts available anywhere. Nobody will provide one. 5) quality and commitment from teachers vary with one telling my kid to unbook all the classes and study on his own and only contact her in case he needed clarifications. I gave two stars only because generally teachers do their job and the learning platform is well done according to my son. I would have given zero otherwise.

International schooling at first was really hard, but I managed to keep going and now I absolutely love it. I can't wait to do this again next year.

honestly a great school very good for people who want flexibility within there day, i had an amazing counselor that guided me throughout my whole course and really helped when i didn't understand or had problems with my assignments.

We are new to Online schooling and whole experience was just amazing. From the very start - picking the classes, deciding on next steps, solving issues and concerns- superb service and prompt responses. Great team👍🏻.

I recently enrolled my 5th-grade child in International Schooling, an online school, and had a very disappointing experience. They initially assigned a teacher with either a heavy non-native accent or with qualifications more suited for kindergarten, so I requested a refund. During my consultation, they promised a full refund if I attended one class and was still not satisfied. However, after requesting a refund, I have only received $2,780 out of the $4,210 I paid, leaving $1,430 still unpaid.

It has also been extremely difficult to get the refund processed. It seems that this school operates by misleading parents through false advertising and withholding their money. They refuse to cancel card payments and only issue partial refunds through bank transfers, keeping significant amounts. Additionally, when I mentioned that I would leave reviews on social media and report them to consumer protection authorities, they threatened me with legal action for defamation.

I want to warn everyone to be cautious of their practices and avoid falling victim to this scam. I still plan to report this to the police and consumer protection authorities.

I am extremely disappointed with this school. Throughout my daughter's enrollment, her teacher—who was responsible for every subject—changed approximately 5-7 times, causing significant disruptions in her education. The school's system also had a persistent error that lasted for months, preventing students from accessing and completing their homework during that time.

Due to the frequent changes in teachers, the same material was often repeated, even though students informed the teachers that they had already covered it. Unfortunately, these concerns were consistently ignored, and the subjects were repeated regardless.

The most recent teacher for my child's class was particularly ineffective. For example, she was supposed to cover a six-page module but spent an entire hour on just two pages, including an introductory page that was of little importance. She then instructed the students to learn the rest on their own. This happened frequently, forcing me to encourage my child to self-study rather than rely on inadequate teaching.

The school is incredibly disorganized. While the material itself is good, it can be purchased independently from the original source for a fraction of the cost.

After reading other reviews on Google, it seems this issue has been ongoing. The school has consistently failed to complete the curriculum. Now that the system issues are resolved, the school expects students to catch up on months of missed homework in just two months. Moreover, the management has refused to respond to my complaints.

Edit: I wrote this a while ago, and after the year ended, the teacher only able to cover half of curriculum. So, please be wise, parents. Look again at the reviews—most of them were written by the teachers. Hope my review could help someone out there.

This is the best online school around! My two children have been enrolled for 2 years in the group learning. I think this is preferable because they get to interact with other children virtually especially if you're in a place with no physical school nearby and you are a busy professional with long hours of duty. The system is very user-friendly and the Teachers and administration are always willing to help you ALL the way, no matter your problem! The syllabus /course content is rich and awesome. I had the pleasure of speaking with Miss Rachel, and she was extremely helpful and provided amazing support throughout our conversation. The school has been a tremendous source of support for my children, and all three of them were very happy during their time there. They achieved great academic success and are now on their way to attending excellent universities.

Furthermore, my three grandkids are also thriving at the school, and I recently recommended it to my other son for his children. One of his kids has learning disabilities, and Miss Rachel assured me that the school offers specialized support for students with such needs.

Overall, it has been a great experience with the school, and I can strongly recommend it to others.

W enrolled our children in the one-to-one learning program. The description says that the classes will be 60 minutes in length and that the academic year will be 42 weeks. What NOBODY explained was that you only get one class per course per week. In other words, your child will only receive 5 hours of instruction each week. Our state requires 4.5 hours of instruction per DAY. When we tried to get a refund, the school disputed it. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

I recommend the international school. My son receives an excellent education. The administration is excellent in dealing with any situation he faces. The teachers are excellent and the response to any problem is quickly by the administrative staff. The international school for education is the best choice for parents and children. I highly recommend the International Schooling if you are looking for homeschooling taught in English. My 6-year-old daughter was happy to study with her teacher, Mae. She was a well-motivated and patient teacher. Initially, we had experienced some logistical problems and had to start curriculums without teachers, but it was fine once the issues were solved. My daughter attended a bilingual school in Mexico regularly on weekdays and took classes at the International Schooling in the evening three times a week. The schedule is quite flexible.

Because there is no primary school using 100% English available (50% English, 50% Spanish) where we live, and we are an expat family (we are unsure when and where we will move to another country), International Schooling was the best choice for my daughter to keep studying in English seamlessly. Also, it was beneficial for her to learn the subject in English beforehand to keep up with the classes at her physical (Spanish-English bilingual) school.

My daughter keeps in this online school. Even if we requested to keep the same time slot for class attendance, and the admin said they would do it. However, she assigned a teacher whose schedule didn't fit at all. She is a returning student...
and the admin promised to solve the issue, but she completely forgot to address the issue for more than a week and asked me to explain what the problem was. It is easily understandable if she reads previous WhatsApp communications.
So far, almost two weeks have passed without an appropriate teacher due to the admin's maltreatment. The quality of the teacher (at least in her previous years) is great, though. I don't want to be frustrated anymore.

The school is very organized and helpful for an online school. The teachers are very cooperative and friendly, so are the students. The website is so easily accessed and not hard to navigate. I would easily re-enroll next year without doubt.
