I’ve waited over a month for my parcel which was supposed to take just over a week to arrive. Evri says it’s not lost but I can’t talk to a human who works there. Only faced with AI over the phone and chatbot. I’m unable to voice my problem and no where is there an option to actually talk to someone. Useless company

Do not use this 'company' to send international parcels to anywhere in the world. Recipients are complaining that they are being sent the wrong links to pay for duties and taxes. THEN Evri are returning items back to sender when the customers don't pay. Evri are a SCAM. Avoid this company, they are nothing but shambles, it's a disgrace!!! You have been warned🤬😠
Been a week since I ordered from…
Been a week since I ordered from sportsdirect and Evri still haven’t passed on the package to anpost. Sportsdirect charges a fortune for delivery, so why should it take this long. Also Evri are taking advantage of trustpilot by claiming the Irish Evri trustpilot site and filling it with U.K. reviews giving a false representation of the Irish site rating which would be closer to zero instead of 4.1

Currently keep saying they are trying to deliver twice I was in so they are lying. Also item could fit through letter box

Big warning never to use them for international shipment.

Back in September I received a notification that my parcel had been delivered, but I hadn’t received it. No photo was provided of where it was left. I live in a rural location so not many other properties around. I contacted everyone in the vicinity and located it at a nearby farm which I had to drive to to collect my parcel - not within walking distance. But I had my parcel. However, I then received an email from Evri following my advice that it was missing, asking me to check with neighbours etc before they investigate. I replied to say the parcel had been found. Every month I receive the same email. When I reply saying I have the parcel, please stop messaging me, I then get the same email back again - from Sophie, presumably a bot who doesn’t understand anything. I’ve now tried several times to call customer services but don’t get anywhere. I just want the emails to stop. I’ve resorted to a review because I just can’t find any other way to reach a real human at Evri.
Poor and should not be trading
Twice I’ve sent a parcel to the US, twice it has been returned to me. No fault at my end on both occasions. Tried contacting Evri customer services several times by email and phone. Left voicemails requesting a callback! No response. This company should not be trading and I’m left managing the expectations of the company I’m returning the goods to, and face having to pay a further 80 pounds to use someone else. Ridiculous.

the website does not show the tracking number, you can't manage your orders or see them. No customer support, no email or chat. Also no information about the state of the parcel and it's been one week since I posted it.

Update: I sent a small parcel via Evri International and paid priority parcel. Tracked delivery in 3-9 working days. Posted on the 19th October its currently stuck in Spanish customs, why? Because Evri failed to supply to necessary documents either CN22 or CN23 dependent on weight and value. Go with the Post Office much more efficient service, they include all necessary official documents.
Diabolical non Existent Customer Service
Ordered shoes from a UK company for delivery to Cyprus. Courier was Evri, who emailed me a tracking number. According to tracking parcel arrived in Cyprus 22 October. Since then no further tracking updates, no package received. Tried to contact Evri to ask them to trace the package but Customer helpline is just a recorded message that tells you to wait for further updates. There's no option of speaking to anyone. Same with the so called Live chat. It asks for your tracking number then just says it's in transit. No option to actually Live Chat with an advisor. No option to contact Customer Services by email either. So I still don't know where my parcel is or if I'll ever receive it. The company. I purchased the shoes from aren't getting any response from Evrri either. Absolutely diabolical Service.

Kaylee who works for Everi goes above and beyond with deliveries. Very professional, polite and always smiling. Parcels arrive at around same time with orders I place and great support with those I am not sure about. I cannot thank Kaylee enough & though she has delivered to my address for goodness knows how long, she is always bright & bubbly. Hence if I could give her more stars I would. On that note I do hope Everi recognise their team and honour there work. Kaylee you are very worthy of my review and of 5 star rating. I cannot thank you enough for what you do. Kind, respectful and an inspiration I imagine to others. Thank you so much for all that you & Everi do

Absolutely Useless
Having sent 3 parcels (Gifts for Christmas) to Canada 2 weeks ago , 2 say that they have been exported but I still don’t know if they arrived in Canada ,while the 3rd says consolidated at LHR dated 25/10/2025 checked today still saying the same,
I phoned the customer service line 0330 808 5456 (what a joke) put in said tracking number says it is on track so why is it still in Basildon after 2 weeks, also tried the customer services chat line txt with a non human called Ezra ,yet another big joke , says someone will contact you in 24 hours or less ,it is now 48 hours plus ,having complained twice I now have 2 ref numbers against my complaint ,
If I don’t get this resolved I will take this further , I would prefer the package to be sent back to me if it in not moving anywhere ,this company is a joke , you can’t speak to anyone as it is all automated , I will not be using Evri International again & I certainly would not recommend them
Unclear process for tax / duties
I sent a parcel to the US, making sure that the amount was less than $100 to avoid the tax and duties. However, the options on the customs form weren’t clear and I couldn’t find the option to select ‘gift’.
I was contacted by Evri to say I owed $28 in taxes (which actually would have been sent to the recipient had I provided her email address). I contacted the company to see how to rectify this and they told me that there wasn’t a way to do this and I either needed to pay or the item would be returned to me (without a refund of postage).
This has been a complete waste of money and time as the parcel isn’t going to be returned to me for 7-21 days. I won’t be using Evri international again to send my parcels to the US.
Shambolic, incompetent, and unhelpful
Sent a parcel from UK to Spain to arrive during the two weeks I was out there, as it was needed as a gift. Evri promised 2 to 5 business day delivery so I dropped it off with them 2 days before flew out. Their tracking showed it took five days to get added to a consignment at Heathrow, from where they sent it to the Netherlands! Customer Service chat didn't work at all, their email CS was little better, but finally I got a response promising it would be expedited. It was finally delivered while I was boarding the return flight home. Fortunately a kindly neighbour took it in but it's of little use now.
Avoid and use someone else
Would give a minus if I could! Sent parcel to my son in USA in August! Paid £27 then £44 customs fees! They’ve returned the parcel to me today! No attempt to even take it out of the country! I will NEVER use this company again! I feel robbed!
I always face problems when my Amazon…
I always face problems when my Amazon orders are delivered by Evri. They often claim “attempted delivery” even when I was at home, or they say they need more information although my address is clear and I provide delivery instructions. Every other courier delivers smoothly, but never Evri. The main issue is that Amazon does not show which courier will be used before purchase. If I knew it was Evri, I would never order. Very disappointing service.

When it works it works eg Adidas will arrive, Dumelm hit and miss, Temu forget it. Never attempt to ring bell or use the Tradesmen entry (flats). Crap about attempt, even if you are in all day. Try to make it easy by saying use the Trademen entry up 17.00hrs. Understand if there is time delivery for the drivers round. Don't cherry pick easy option.
Abysmal
Driver completely ignores delivery instructions of "THE SAFE PLACE" and dumps my parcels at the front door like rubbish. Waste of time putting instructions and even giving feedback via the Evri app to rate the driver as it's the same old each time. Puts me off ordering from online retailers that use this shambles of a delivery service. Not even worth one star, more like ZERO! FYI the creepy hand and my drive is not sufficient proof of delivery!
