You never sent me my product
You never sent me my product. It’s been months. I already requested a refund through my credit card company. You guys are terrible.
Thx for your reply but I don’t live in Dallas Texas 🤣 my order was never asked to be sent there. You all are literally a scam. First you tried to send it to the east coast now Texas. You should close. You all have no business taking peoples money.
I have recorded and documented all of our communications. After multiple inquiries you all replied that you did not know when my contacts would be send due to tariffs and regulations. Then the day after I filed a claim with my credit card company you miraculously said you already sent them. In less than 24 hours you went from you didn’t know when they would be sent to oh they were sent already. To the wrong address at that.
UPS had no record of you sending me anything nor will they disclose your shipping information because that is a breech of privacy. You can’t even send me a legit tracking number. No one can wait 3+ months for contacts. What a joke!
3rd response: per your own tracking number my package never left Portugal 😄 and now is being sent back to you. If you expect US customers to travel to Portugal to pick up contacts you are ridiculous.

Can no longer get orders shipped to the…
Can no longer get orders shipped to the US. Paid extra to have ups deliver and order was deemed undeliverable so it was reportedly destroyed. I asked Interlenses for some kind of refund and was ignored. I understand I was taking a risk so I only lost about $120.00

Never received my order
I paid for the product and it was about a 3 month drag. Then they emailed me about the additional U.S. fees and that was the reason for the delay so I understood and took the chance and paid it for the product to go through. It went all over and UPS tracking kept giving updates that the product was going to be destroyed and returned to sender. Then it also had additional fees requested? Another $80? Either way, the product never came. They scammed me for some money and never again, lesson learned.

No issues with Interlenses. I've ordered from them a couple of time. Shipping is a couple of week, but it's worth it and you don't need to upload the scrip from the eye doctor.

Site is easy to navigate, make an account so you can reorder quickly. Prices are reasonable & my orders have always been received in a timely manner. I've been a customer for about 5 years & will continue to be.

I have been wearing 30 day contact lenses for more than 20 years. But the U.S. price of the lenses I have used has more than doubled over time. As a retired person cost has become a serious consideration. I found Interlenses.com in a search for competitive prices.
My purchased product arrived more quickly than had been promised. However the box looked different from what I had been purchasing in the U.S. even though the manufacturer and lens material was identical so I emailed Interlenses with questions. I received satisfactory answers by email within 24 hours! All in all a great experience, and my budget is very happy!

Great Company and Affordable Prices!
I live in the United States, I have ordered contacts from Interlenses many times and have always been highly satisfied! The contacts are name brand, and prices are much better than in the US, even with international shipping. I have vision insurance, and Interlenses is still cheaper than using my insurance benefits with a US based company. I also like that I don’t need to send over a prescription. I’ve recommended this company to all of my friends and family. The only downside is that it takes about 4-6 weeks to get the shipment, so just be aware that you will need to reorder early to take shipping time into consideration.

Interlenses is a great company for…time saving
Interlenses is a great company for saving time. Their prices are competitive and the right price for me. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery when coming to the US from Portugal. I monitor my contacts carefully and order ahead of time so I don't run out of lenses. I'm grateful to them for ease of use of their service and giving me more time in the day.
