I have been using this financial exchange for a while. They are slow. They claim 3 to 4 business days but it takes at least 5 if not more and more important their customer service is inefficient and non- responsive. When you call they can’t help and tell you to send an e- mail then they don’t respond . I won’t use them any more

Rather smooth and easy process up to the point where I had to verify my identity. That was difficult and frustrating - it seems the 3rd party service is not very stable. In the end, I was able to transfer the money with a very good conversion rate, and once we got the wire transfer completed, it took about a day to land in my new bank account. Very quick. Tools for monitoring the exchange rate are limited, so be sure to do your own research separately from this service. We converted over US$100,000 to Canadian.

I have been using Interchange Financial for more than 2 years to pay school fees. The electronic experience is always great. Also! Very fast and safe.

the lady at the Brampton location was rude, I wanted to exchange from dollars to euros she was arguing that im doing money laundry, I told her call police, because she asked for my info and i told her I just exchange, i understand if its a large amount.She did explain that its a gemerated check for ID from the system at random, she kept saying I can ask if I want, even her co-worker therer disagreed with her.
That Asian lady should be careful whet she says.

Don't waste your time. No matter how good the rate is, the bureaucracy and lack of caring about customers is not worth it. I wish I had paid more attention to on line reviews.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
The website looked fine, but the communication was surprisingly poor, I was on hold for 14 minutes.
I was told I could hold the pesos with a 10% deposit. They emailed the info for the e-transfer and luckily, I caught that the order was for a different currency altogether. I emailed and they corrected it.
The transfer went through on my end, but the next day they emailed and said they couldn’t deposit it, what password did I use? The one you sent me, I replied. 2 days later on a Sunday the e-transfer suddenly went through.
Before I went in, I Googled 3 different websites to get the exchange rate for that day.
They offered me significantly less. I said look at these 3 other quotes, “ That is our price “ he said. I thought you would be competitive like your website states “ That is our price” he said. My bad, but still.
They had a non-refundable policy for my 10% deposit so I was stuck.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Great place to exchange cash quick and simple

Great place to exchange money. Friendly staff, great exchange rates, reliable and easy process. I have referred many of my friends to use acc to acc service to transfer money for there business and personal needs. They love it.

I own a logistics company that has us based clients. I get paid in US Dollars and the teller at my local branch told me that Interchange Currency Exchange as the best USD dollar to Canadian dollar rates. I registered online and placed a trade on their website. Really easy to use and the teller was right they did have the best USD dollar exchange rates!

I am studying in the UK, and my bank in Canada will not allow me to send money from my Canadian account without being physically at a branch. Interchange has made life easy for me. I signed up online with Interchange, and now they allow me to move money from my Canadian bank account to my UK bank account online! Also, no fees and better rates than my bank. You can even use Interac e-Transfer to pay. Additionally, they have people based in Canada answering their phone if you ever need anything.

I am an avid traveler and over the years I have tried a lot different currency locations and I always end up back here. Best combination of service, price and convenience (availability of currencies you don’t need to order in advance).

I've used Interchange Financial about a dozen times. The first 8-9 times I used them it was fine. A little bit slow, about 7 business days on average to get my money. But I got it and I trusted the system.

When I changed my delivery method from electronic bank transfer to a wire transfer, everything fell apart. My money did not arrive for over a month for the first transaction, and because I didn't realize that this was a systematic problem with Interchange Financial, I had two more transfers held up for over 6 weeks each.

The worst part, and why I'm reviewing Interchange Financial this way rather than the bank system, is that Interchange Financial did not treat this with urgency. My impression is that they did not respond in a timely manner to the banks when they was a compliance check, and so my transactions languished.

If you need to wire transfer the exchange, I would highly recommend using someone else.

My #1 place to cash American $ cheques, to exchange American $ to Canadian $ and vice versa. Easy, quick and painless. The staff at the Sandalwood location are always super friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Fast but call first as they run out of yen quickly.

They debit your account in less than a blink of an eye but takes long time to deposit/credit the converted amount using fake reasons to gain more time..

Enforcing you to lend them your money free of charge so they gain 3/4 times in over night interest vs the small amount you might think you gained vs the bank
