Poor customer service
I purchased a bag that arrived as expected and the product itself seems fine. However, my experience with customer service was very disappointing.
The bag was originally priced at $325, and shortly after I placed my order — and before I even received the item — the price dropped to $280. I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a simple price adjustment or a refund of the $45 USD difference. Instead, I was only offered store credit $45 AUD (in Australia dollar currency), and told that if I wanted to return the item, return shipping costs would be deducted from my refund.
The issue wasn’t the product — it was the lack of a fair resolution and the amount of time and effort required to address a straightforward pricing issue. Ultimately, I had to resolve this through my credit card company.
Because of the poor customer service experience, I will not shop with this brand again.
