The only reason I’m giving two stars is that I had to wait for my old policy to expire to get a cheaper deal. It’s crazy that existing customers seem to pay more than new ones! 😱😏

To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.

Don’t like the section saying “violent and forced entry”
What if someone obtains a key by some manner? Theft is theft whether by forced entry or not!
