Great customer service
My event has not happened yet and obviously I hope not to have to make a claim on the insurance! However I wanted to acknowledge the great customer service. Buying the policy was very quick and easy and the premium was also significantly cheaper than other companies I had looked at. I then realised after buying the policy that I had accidentally put the wrong event date in. This was quite late in the evening, I emailed and it was rectified for me first thing in the morning. Very impressed, thank you.
