I had an informal chat with Richard at Salmon Assessors who was very kind in giving me very honest advice whereby he suggested ways in which I could handle my claim without using their services !

I rang to ask for more details of Salmon Assessors' service, thinking that we may need some help on our subsidence claim. Jeremy explained clearly what they can offer and the best time to seek their help, based on the stage we are at ie he did not press us to take on and pay for a service we don't need at this point. He also gave some really helpful (free) advice on the next steps to take with our insurer's loss adjuster to ensure that they have undertaken sufficient monitoring of our property before undertaking repair. If further ahead we need someone to represent us in the negotiations, I would definitely go back to Salmon Associates.

During what can best be described as a particularly challenging period in my life, Salmon Assessors have proved a “beacon of hope”. We have had a major fire business and the insurers and their loss adjusters are fighting in every possible way not to pay our claim.

They have demonstrably twisted our words and, thank goodness, Jeff and his team have torn the insurers arguments to shreds.

In short, the claim looked doomed to failure but now there’s a huge light at the end of the tunnel thanks to a marathon 4000 word letter to the insurers from Jeff’s team.

I am deeply grateful for their support.
